Прекрасне розташування і вид з вікна. Зручні великі ліжка, пральна машина, балкон. Привітна власниця.

Критичних зауважень немає. Перше що помітили - небагато місця для зберігання одягу. Нам це не сильно заважало, бо ми зупинялись на 2 дні, але якщо жити довше, то трохи незручно. Вікна виходять на центральну вулицю, що має плотний трафік. Пр закритих вікнах не чутно, але нам хотілось спати під шум моря, тож звук авто трохи заважав.

Haben anderes Apartment bekommen als gebucht. Jedenfalls unsere Vermutung. Adresse war auch etwa 150 Meter oder etwas mehr entfernt. Privaten Parkplatz gab es auch keinen, es musste entlang der Straße geparkt werden. Etwas Schimmel oder ähnliches in manchen Zimmerecken.

Der freundliche Kontakt, die Umsicht des Gastgebers; die Wohnung war für uns geheizt (es ist Februar). Der ganz wunderbare Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Lage, im Februar wenig touristisch aber lebendig. Die Wohnung mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.

Wifi strong. Air Condition in 2 bedrooms and kitchen were very good. That's it !

Family of 4 in July for supposedly 5 nights but stayed 2 nights! Never met the host although he said he was coming to see us 2 times ! Main reason of big disappointment is NO HOT WATER ! The tank was broken when we arrived and was never told. I told the host that this needs to be repaired, he sent a lady at the 2nd day that came from the beach to try and see what was wrong. It ended up that we wouldn't have hot water during our stay! I refused to take cold showers for 6 days. The washing machine did not work! I was planning on using it knowing that I booked a place on purpose with a Washing machine because I was travelling for 3 weeks in Italy and packed light !! The wardrobes are useless since there is no pole to hang your clothes nor shelf. The place needs a LOT of TLC, has a lot of potential. Please put light bulbs where the fixtures are, it's missing a shower door , all the water comes out ! The beds are really uncomfortable and thin mattresses, pillows are hard like a rock ! We didn't sleep . The place is on the 1st floor with narrow stairs on a MAIN Street ( 1 way) VERY VERY noisy ! WE didn't sleep for the 2 nights , I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there! Imagine looking for a place to stay in July, busy season not knowing if I was going to get a refund . The host agreed to give me a refund of the days that I didn't stay there. I honestly think that I should have had a Total refund of my 6 days since IT WAS NOT what I paid for. I did get my refund through Bookings the day that I called when I arrived home. Thank you so much Bookings. This never never happened to me before ! The host ( Dario) suggested me to stay in his other place, as if I would! I found a beautiful, brand new apartment and cheaper !

Great location at the beach, very clean and owners communicative. Village is not the best looking, overpriced for what it is.

It’s listed with a car park but unfortunately their car park is 500 m away and hard to locate. We booked this place only because the car park was included but need paying the street parking (if you are lucky to find one!). Place was clean but tired looking.

Very noisy, a main road under the windows. We didn't sleep at all. You have to pay for the parking.

The walls are dirty, in one of the rooms the chandelier on the ceiling does not work and we had to use only two small lamps, which did not light enough at night. I reported this, but it was not fixed during the 8 days. During the 8 days, we were only given a roll of toilet paper, and the bedding was never changed. Even if there is a washing machine in the apartment, you could not wash your bedding, because it would not dry on the same day. The kitchen sink and the bidet were dripping since we arrived. I also announced this and until we were actually flooded from the sink, the owner did not send anyone to do the repair. The two wardrobes in the rooms are also broken, there is a risk that the back will completely fall apart. There are several restaurants nearby, but the offer is limited, and between 2 and 6 pm they are closed, so if you are hungry and want to eat during this interval, you will not have anywhere nearby. It is a lot of noise from the street.
