The room was spacious and clean.
The bathroom water supply was poor and smelled bad. The water is running too slow.
The pillows in the room are not comfortable, so hard. The next day I got a stiff neck.

Comfy bed with 2 pillows and a clean toilet. Most importantly the hotel is surrounded by food and there's also Mr. DIY and 99 Speedmart etc within walking distance.
Broken chair and the table is unstable which is not safe for children. Loud singing from the pub nearby after 9pm til midnight. Hence, not suitable for early/light sleepers.

The renovation and layout are nice.
There was no staff coverage at night when guests checked in late. We couldn't get the hair dryer after shower, have to sleep with wet hair.

the room a bit dusty, and the carpet is not vacuum properly.. very dusty.. the corner below the curtain also a lot of dirt that did not clean properly. the tower got a bit dirty. the shower tap spoilt and did not get fix
