Clean, comfortable and excellent location. Sergio the landlord always available to make our stay very pleasant!

It had everything it offered. Good option to get to Madrid airport in 35 minutes. The staff were kind and responsive.

The night we stayed, the neighbors made a lot of noise. They were washing clothes late at night, yelling, etc. They ended past midnight. We couldn’t sleep.

Good location. Host was very friendly and provided entry instructions in advance. Took our young granddaughter. Had requested travel cot and baby bath and both we in the apartment waiting for us. Spacious apartment. Everything we needed. Spent a great few days with family

No oven in apartment but that's probably just an English thing. We managed to cook ok without it

Very clean & spacious apartment

This apartment (on the ground floor) has a central location, very close to restaurants and a supermarket (5 minutes walk). Everything was clean. Wi-fi was OK. Good breakfast. The host is very nice and he was ready to buy some extra things to our taste when he found out that we don't eat musli and would prefer to have ham instead. That was a very pleasant experience. The parking place lies just on the opposite side of the building. Be aware that there can be quite a lot of cars during the day, so it may be difficult to park there. We didn't have any problems as we parked after 18:00. Our host was very friendly. His English is not so good, but he did his best, and before arriving he let his friend communicate with us and explain all the details, so that we knew exactly when and where to meet.

We had some difficulties with outdoor clothes (we came to Guadalajara in April, when it still was a bit cold and we needed jackets), as there were no real hangers by the door. We had to hang our jackets on the chairs or lay them in the sofa. I guess it's not a big problem in the summer, though. There was only one very long pillow in the bed for two. A bit inconvenient to sleep, especially if you and your partner are used to different pillow heights or want to hold the pillow a bit lower/higher. We forgot to ask about waste. : ) We stayed just for two nights, so we didn't need to sort the waste, and fortunately we found a litter bin just at the parking place, so we could throw away everything we needed. I guess there's a better place for waste somewhere in the neighbourhood, just don't forget to ask! : ) It would be nice with a towel for the dishes in the kitchen; we didn't find any.
