- Arianna was very polite and helpful, - Apartment was very clean and practically decorated, - there were AC units both in the front room and bedroom. - nearby there were several supermarkets, pizza places etc - parking place was very easy to drive in and out - when we moved in there were orange juice, bottled water in the fridges which I think very kind of the establishment

- sofa bed could be more comfortable - although it is not outside the city I think I would like it more if the apartment were closer to the old city center - there were no insect meshes on windows nor any curtains

This was our second stay at this apartment. We love everything about this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were provided with 2 bicycles so we could get to the beach within 10 minutes. The apartment is well equipped and clean. There was a welcome gift of a bottle of wine and local cookies waiting for us upon arrival. The appartment was cleaned once during our stay.

The flat is newly renovated, has all amenities, a/c unit, brand new super clean bathroom - basically everything you need to spend your time comfortably in Chiavari. Location is okay, but if you don't like walking you might need to look a bit closer to center. It took us approximately 15min by foot to reach central parts of town.

The apartment was really clean and well-equipped with whatever you need: a dishwasher, a washing machine, toiletries, towels and bed linen, kitchenware. We stayed there for 1.5 weeks, the apartment was cleaned once and the bed linen and towels were changed. As a welcome gift the gave us some local specialties like pasta wine and cookies. Arianna was really friendly and helpful. The check-in and checkout went smoothly without any delays or problems. We recommend this appartement to everyone who would like to stay in Chiavari. If we come back to this region, we would definitely rent the apartment again.

I would be nice to have mosquito nets on the windows so you could sleep with the windows open instead of using the air-con. Ca' da Valeria provided us with bicycles do it was easy getting around. Without it though it's quite far from the better beaches if you have to walk.
