The breakfast was definitely good, they have a good laundry service. Staffs were friendly
The bed and sheets had stains and were not clean, the lobby was humid and smelled really bad. The water pressure was not stable and very low at times, hard to bath and use the flush

the room wasn’t ventilated well, AC was good but the bed wasnt in an apt position. the wire of the hair dryer was dirty and ceiling of the bathroom had black fungus due to humidity and the exhaust does t work all the time.

Staff was delayed for almost everything. Poor service in restaurant during dinner time, mismanagement.

1st room provided was dirty, dustu and had a bad smell coming from the fridge. Complained to reception and they instantly provided another room. Staff reacted swiftly to correct issue.
The rooms should have been checked for cleanliness before giving to customers.
