1)A lot of mosquitoes. Nothing helped to get rid of them. 2) Water in the shower didn’t skip through drain quickly and stayed for a long time in bathroom

bathrooms smelly shower not separated from the toilette-so basically you shower while sitting on the toilette it has NOT 220m^2 blankets and towels were full of spots - better to use your own stuff

There is no breakfast. Only likable thing is we could walk to the beach.

The place is not like how it looks on the photos. Steel frames of balconies were rusted so didn't close/lock properly. Kitchen had no utensils or knives or pots. Bathroom smelled bad.

The location is good, it just on the seaside and you can reach the beach in 5 minutes. But beach is not clean, there are many dogs outside.

The villa itself is nicely built but everything of a very law quality. The toilet did not work property, the doors to go to the garden were very old and were difficult to open, the furniture was horrible and very uncomfortable. The worst were bathrooms, there was not bathtub or shower cabin and when someone was having a shower that was a water in the whole bathroom up to ankle. The mosquitoes net was brocken and it was impossible to sleep at night. The only think positive that I can say is that we were alone in the villa and there were not many people around, which is quite good during the Covid. We payed 2750 lari, which is about 1000 USD for 5 nights and we expected something more.

Very dirty place , beach is full of cows and dogs. Lots of trash around and flys bites all over my kids skin 🪰 No hot water, heaters are very old not working. Place is far away from Batumi and no one speak English. No blankets for beds Shower towels are dirty A/C not provided in all rooms. Never accept refund : After many calls , owner accepted to cancel and refund part of money , after we left they change their mind with excuses such as leaving property with damages already there before we come. Owners and workers having attitude issue with customers , I have never experienced such issues around the world but here.
