I loved the warm Welcome by Mario and his daughters. The apartment (new) and the breakfast freshly made by Mario himself. Also location wise you are super close to the amazing natural reserve of Punta Aderci, Vasto city and vastò marina.

Nothing in particular

Host was very welcoming and nice. Clean and nice room. Free parking. Much softer bed than what we have had in Italy so far!

Breakfast box was very "italian" consisting mainly biscuits and sweet stuff.

The cleaning

everything new and very clean, very big room. very nice hosts but don’t speak English :). excellent breakfast.

the only slight negative is that the guesthouse is out of town (3 km). A bit difficult to find (need to go through a side street and into a narrow alley) - could use bigger signs.

The room was new and clean. The host is super friendly. There is a beach nearby.

The lack of quietness. Too close to the road. The dogs barking at neighbours but worse the TV or Radio above at 0800 Sunday morning with washing machines spinning. Breakfast (apart the torte homemade) is not close to other b&b with prepared fruits or other attention to details.

Loved the hosts, very friendly, kind and considerate. Room was comfortable & cosy. Breakfast was amazing, hosts went to a lot of trouble. Parking space was essential and they provided one. Would definitely recommend.

A kettle in room would've have made it a 10. Maybe a bigger sign outside
