- IPON ARRIVAL ENTRY WAS DIFFICULT. HOST HAD GIVEN WRONG CODE. GAVE ME 1415. I DID NOT RECEIVE AND INFORMATION OR VIDEO REGARDING HOW TO ACCESS APARTMENT - KEYS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IN KEYHOLES. COULD NOT REMOVE KEYS UNLESS DOOR LOCKED FROM INSIDE - NOT ENOUGH HOT WAYER FOR 2 SHOWERS. RAN COLD AFTER ONE SHOWER. - LARGE SHOWER NOT WORKING - NO TEA TOWELS IN KITCHEN - NO KETTLE - VIEW OVERLOOKING CAR PARK. NO MENTION OF THIS IN PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. - NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR TV - DIRTY SPONGES LEFT ON KITCHEN AND BATHROOM SINKS

the apartment looked good and most people will find it ok. I was traveling for business and wanted a place in the city that had a kitchen. so here are some things that added significant stress and complexity to my trip: 1. The restrictions on what you can use in the apartment are only known after your arrival. I.e- to use a second towel you need to call the landlord and ask for permission. 2. to access the car park is a real hassle. You have to get off your rental car and turn the side view mirrors in so the small car you rented fits through the entrance to the garage. the garage is pitch black- I only learnt about the light switch when I was leaving. had to use my cel phone to get my luggage out of the car and up the parking entrance ramp. coming out you have to the same in reverse. 3. the access to the inside of the bldg is hard, especially if you are carrying luggage. there are steep ramps to take you into the lobby. 4. this could be normal in the city apartments but, there is no lights inside the bldg corridors. they are pretty dark, you have to find a switch to turn them on for a few seconds! 5. I arrived late at night from my flight and after having to deal with the parking entrance, the ramps to the bldg., the corridor lights… there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the apartment for the guests.

We liked the place a lot. Had very good contact with the host. The apartment was fully equipped and comfortable. The neighbourhood was very quiet. We found the parking space very useful (quite narrow entry to the garage). Lots of tourist attractions were easily accesible by few minutes walk. There is also metro station nearby and very convenient airport shuttle bus stop.

A very nice place to stay close to the metro, if you are not a budget traveller.

Great location for all the tourist sites and restaurants. Comfortable for 3 people and “goodies” provided.
