super clean. Host Luka was responsive and helpful! he cleaned all the rooms himself and refilled coffee capsules and other stuff every day. he made our stay very pleasant. the room was spacious and the shower was nice. location is good, really close to the old town and supermarkets.

The couple running the property were lovely. The entire property was spotlessly clean. Great location, close to everything. The apartment was very comfortable and very quiet at night. Perfect for someone who wants a ground floor without stairs. Very good value.

The place is charming, minimalist with good taste. The trutles are hanging out in the garden which overviews a big mountain. The place is very quite which seems exceptional in crowded Kotor.

Great location. Our host was wonderful. He welcomed us with the tastiest beers we have ever tried. The apartment was newly renovated. We enjoy our stay there.

Fresh and modern renovated apartment, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee machine. Lovely little garden with a mountain view to sit in. Just a minute's walk to the old town and conveniently located to the supermarket, restaurants and bus stop. The hosts Luka and Dragana are really great, helpful and friendly.

The hosts were amazing... so welcoming and replied really quickly to messages. The apartment was incredibly clean, VERY well located and had a really comfy bed. Air con was excellent and fresh towels were brought every day without needing to ask. A perfect stay! Thank you!

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly , they helped us with great suggestions about places to eat, to visit in and around the city. We even received a map in our local language, help with parking as well. The apartament was very clean and had all needed amenities, including a coffee machine, plus tea and coffee. They even cleaned again, changed our towels and floor carpets in the bathroom after 3 days, middle of our stay. The location is very close to the old Town, city walls, to the public beach and to the Port of Kotor. We really felt great spending time here :)

There is nothing to dislike - we felt like home here and would come back any time!

Cannot fault the property or the hosts who were super friendly and could not have been more helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the old city and close to the sea with its many restaurants and places to swim. Perfectly clean, modern and comfortable apartment - we cooked a couple of times during our two week stay and ate out on the terrace behind our room, whilst watching the tortoises chase each other around the garden. Would recommend doing an organized trip to see more of Montenegro as our host ´Luka´ suggested - this was sound advice because I would not have felt comfortable driving a hire car over the mountains which were quite narrow in places. Luka and Dragana are generous and friendly hosts. The apartment they provide for their guests is excellently located. There's a pleasant garden with a fig tree, and the view on the mountain behind the house is spectacular. The room is very clean, there is free coffee and toiletries, and the hosts change the sheets and towels every other day. Furthermore, you get a twenty percent coupon for a restaurant/breakfast place less than 100 meters away, so it's a great way to start the day. Just wonderful. Lovely couple, lovely place!

Communication with the staff and the location was perfect.

Dragana's and Luka's place is a gem of accommodation in Kotor! The house is very well located, just a stone's throw away from the Old Town but you are not surrounded by tourists. It's also a 5-7-minute walk away from the public beach. The flat we stayed in was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay and very nicely decorated. There is a lovely back garden which is perfect for lazy breakfasts, with cats and multiple turtles coming as a nice and authentic bonus ;) Dragana and Luka were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, ideal hosts. We cannot recommend their place enough!

The hosts were terrific, very helpful and generous, even helped with parking our hire car. Location is great, close to the old town and shops.

We had a great stay here! The best part is that it is SO close to the town walls but also very quiet (there is a street with some traffic during the day on one side of the house, but the bedroom is on the other side and we didn’t hear anything at all during the nights... super quiet!) The proximity to the town was great, in particular since we only had two nights to see Kotor and the bay, so the location was absolutely perfect for us! The second day we climbed to the castle, then came back down around noon, sweating from head to toe, and were so happy to be able to take a shower! The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We also loved the cat in the garden. Breakfast in the garden was really really good, the best we’ve had during our 9 nights in Montenegro. The cake the second morning was really good. Apartment is spacious, clean, modern, well equiped kitchen, very comfortable mattresses and bedding.

The only thing I can think of is that in the mornings there was a bit of a smell coming from the shower drain. This is something that happens in a lot of Montenegrin houses I think and it disappeared after letting some water flow into the drain.

Very gentle hosts and very good local breakfast with a mountain view in the garden of the accommodation. Perfectly located at the entry of the old town.

No private parking space but we found a parking slot in the street close to the accommodation.

Our hosts were wonderful... They were very helpful... The breakfast was extraordinary... Handmade with love... The apartment has a wonderful garden with turtles "running" around... We loved it and I miss it 😍
