Cheap and cheerful

No airflow really. The guy opposite. The water taps were totally unsafe with boiling hot water dripping out everywhere.

The location was really good with 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Agios Kyrikos. The room had everything we needed and the facilities were exceptional.

No plug sockets by the bed but this was not a significant issue

I sent already a review but want to add something: Kitchen facilities: each room has its own fridge plates and cutlery; the common cooking area has an electric cooking hub. electric kettle, toaster sink and 4table & chairs. Parking is in the street and there is a parking area nearby but I don't know if it belongs to one of the nearby hotels

Great location, easy parking and clean, well equipped room. Very nice host, responsive, hospitable and multilingual! Value for money exceeded expectations :)

Very poor phone signal, wi-fi is not available at the property so I was unreachable on my phone while in the room. (Not necessarily a bad thing!). Rooms can get quite hot at night but a little balcony seat is available for some fresh breeze on the communal corridor. Stone stairway to access the property was hard to climb on my first day but this was due to fresh hiking injury and would have not been an issue otherwise. just something to keep in mind of you have any mobility restriction.

Filippos a down-to earth place located on the road just below the village church. Stairs by the side of the house leads up to the rooms on the second and third floor. A kitchen is located in the corridor with the basic cookware needed for prepping a meal . Communal balcony with table overlooks the road leading down to the spas, cafes , restaurants and the beach and also a great view of the beautiful hillside with spectacular rock formations. Rooms are basic simple with a refrigerator and ceiling fan, that gives relief on warm nights . A great great plus for this property is the lack of cooking fumes from the restaurants. The layout of the property invites connections with other travelers.

Marina is a wonderful host! She is so super friendly and made us feel home in her place from the first second! Thanks for this amazing stay!
