Great, spacious apartment in an amazing location (3 minute walk from the port). It’s very comfortable and has a nice bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to people we know!

What we really missed was a clothing rack/somewhere to hang wet clothes/towels. The host said we could give our stuff to her to hang at her place - which was a nice gesture - but obviously we’d prefer to hang our stuff ourselves at our own place. Furthermore, we’d booked a 4 person apartment and when we arrived, we were quite surprised with the 4th bed. This wasn’t a proper sofa bed, but a fold out chair. The host said typically the smallest person or kids should lay there, but if you allow 4 adults to book your place, it should also accommodate 4 normal sized adults. The ‘smallest’ person of our group would still be quite confined in this chair/bed. Luckily the hosts were very accommodating and moved us to a bigger apartment the next day, with 2 actual sofa beds so it wasn’t a problem for us and we very much appreciate the hosts’ willingness to help.

Eternally grateful for accommodating us in such beautiful apartment in the heart of Hydra. 🥰 Location is perfect 👌 close to grocery store, breakfast restaurant, short walk to the closest beach and pulsating bar and restaurant streets. The location and atmosphere of alleyway house protects your privacy and piece and quiet during the night. Stylishly and excellently decorated apartment. The apartment itself is even more spacious and welcoming that it looks in the pictures, extremely well equipped apartment!👍 Strongly recommend Alleway House if you want your stay at Hydra be more than perfect!

Excellently located, exceptionally clean and well kitted out. A great place to base ourselves to explore the island.

Noise carries from both the street and other buildings. Didn’t bother us as we are deep sleepers but light sleepers may want to take note.
