Encantadora casa de campo ubicada en una calle tranquila a poca distancia de Easton's Beach, 2nd Beach, numerosos restaurantes y el pintoresco Cliff Walk de Newport. I was attending a Regatta in Newport, ideal place for a single and in a pinch there is loft for an extra person

The cottage was perfect for our needs - a college roommate was joining me for a portion of the stay and having two separate sleeping areas worked very well. The kitchen was great for a quick morning breakfast. Beds were comfortable and the cottage was well-appointed. Loved the little patio off the side with a little view of the water. Location is excellent as we were able to take a walk along the water and up to Flo's Clam Shack, Bottega Bocconi cafe, Rejects Beer Co. taproom, and Diego's Cantina all on Aquidneck Ave. Downtown Newport is a 5-7 minute drive away, making this a great spot away from the crowds during the busy season. Joan was a great host, checking in from time to time to ensure we had what we needed. Would be perfect for a couple or even a family of 3.

Nice little cottage next to owners home, quiet residential area, can walk or bike to beach or the restaurant area. Full size frig, oven and microwave, etc. Comfy and convenient. Friendly and helpful owner. We would stay here again.

The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The best part was walking to the edge of the water, sitting on the rocks and watching the waves. Very convenient drive to downtown, mansions, Cliff Walk etc.

The little cottage was the perfect spot to relax, refresh, and renew while celebrating a friend's retirement. The hosts are very accessible and gracious. The cottage is clean and cozy.
There is a wonderful welcome cat and yard bunnies! The back yard seating area is a perfect place for morning coffee.
Would recomment this cottage to others!

We were very warmly greeted by Joan, the cottage is perfect for 2 people, very clean, comfortable and cozy, it is very well located and even the weather was beautiful!

The property was beautiful and quaint it was perfect for our weekend away for our daughters college graduation. It was our first experience with VRBO and it was perfect, would definitely do it again.

My wife and I were in Newport for a wedding and found this guest house to be located close to town and the venue. It was clean, quiet, and very close to the beach and Cliff Walk. It had everything we needed, and Joan -- the proprietor -- was very helpful and friendly.

The location was perfect, short walk to beach. Also short walk to some restaurants and short drive to downtown Newport. Cottage was clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. Joan was great and made check in and out easy! Would love to return!

The only problem was a very noisy refrigerator motor going on and off. Think the fan needs repair or the fridge needs to be leveled. We tried to do the latter but didn’t have the right tools. Otherwise it was a charming, clean, well located cottage.

We travel with our bicycles attached, so the Middletown location is perfect to leave the vehicle and get around by bikes. How nice to avoid the hassles of traffic, parking fees and congestion of Newport. Plenty of sidewalk room on each side taking the causeway to downtown and local restaurants. Casually peddling through the areas of old era mansions and easy parking near the cliff walks.
The hosts couldn't be any nicer and we're thankful for that. Cottage is clean, well kept and has everything you need.

Great location, cozy and clean cottage with everything you need for a couple. Really enjoyed our stay and Joan was very accommodating. If we come back to the area we would rent again without hesitation.

Would absolutely stay here again and would be happy staying longer. The place was super clean, comfortable, nicely decorated with a cottage style, and well stocked with everything you could need. The separate loft bed worked well for us. Joan was so nice and helpful but not on top of you in any way. Location was great—quick and easy to zip over to Newport or just walk to beach and nearby restaurants.

This was such a cute little studio! It was only 2 blocks from the water and Joan and her husband were so nice! The place was so clean and Joan thought of a lot of little things (tooth picks, salt & pepper). It was also very quiet there. We loved it and will return!

We loved staying in Joan’s cottage—it was the perfect size for my husband, mother-in-law and me. Brian and I stayed upstairs in the loft area and my MIL slept on the queen-sized bed downstairs. The neighborhood is ideal—right by the beach and very quiet at night. Our only regret is not staying longer! We’ll be back.

Wonderful cottage in a great location--short walk to the beach or rocky coast. Cozy but had everything one needed. Lovely porch for morning coffee or evening sunsets, with a glimpse of the ocean.
