Perfect location, right in the middle of the Old Town. Super communication from the host who provided lots of tour and restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and very comfortable

The location of the apartment is just perfect, very central in the old town, both gates, restaurants, shops and anything you might need is within 5 max 10 minutes walk, also the very good thing is that you don’t need to climb many steps to reach the property. The host was incredibly helpful and kind with us, gave us great suggestions and was available all the time for any kind of request. Thank you very much, Vedran! Wi-Fi was also good:)

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, since it’s double bed made of two single beds, there’s a hole in the middle. But it didn’t disturb our stay much, more a suggestion to make the experience even better.

Loved this apartment! Clean and comfortable, and in a perfect location in the Old Town. Great to have the air conditioning and the fridge - both came in handy. Vedran was so helpful and lovely. Have already recommended the apartment to others for a stay in Dubrovnik!

I cannot think of anything that I did not like or could have been better about the apartment - it was great.

Location was exceptionally great, room was huge enough with average facilities, bed was super comfortable, host went out of the way to help us even though he didn’t have to. He accommodated our change in check in and check out timings, and answered all of our questions almost immediately when asked. Very responsive throughout our stay! We ran out of toilet paper and he helped us think of solutions although he was out of town.

It can be a little cold, the heater doesn’t really seem to work even though we set it at the maximum.

It’s very nice but it is very small. A bed a fridge and a bathroom.

Best value for money. Quiet place, cozy room right in the middle of the city. Very friendly host. We had a room with a view of Srđ mountain and Fort Minčeta. Facilities are not luxury but all clean and work perfectly. Good WiFi.

Bozo was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He met us at the Pile Gate and took us to the apartment. He gave us some useful information about the city. The apartment and location were excellent. He kindly offered for us to leave our suitcases at the apartment due to late flight.

The location - but there are plenty of others in the same area. The apartment had great views of the city walls through the kitchen window, even if 2 seated at the table was quite cramped.

I was enjoying the beautiful terrace in the noon sunshine, quietly seated on my own at the patio table with 6 chairs around it, when I was suddenly asked by a woman I hadn't met to leave the terrace. "It is for family, not guests", she made clear. Surprised, I checked the description of my studio apartment back in the room and it had clearly promised a "Private Terrace" and "Patio" - with photos. It still makes the same promise for the same studio apartment! I contacted the agent and he informed me that there had been a change of management and the terrace was now out of bounds and he had forgotten to tell us. He said he would change the description (it's still unchanged a month later). When I expressed my disappointment, he returned later with an offer of a "small discount". 20% was later refunded on my card but I would prefer to have enjoyed the terrace and certainly not have such a negative encounter. The studio is quite cramped and the loss of the area in the fresh air and late Autumn sunshine was greatly missed. The apartment needs better maintenance. There was a noisy drip from the boiler during the night, no hot water in the kitchen, the toilet seat was broken, and the kitchen equipment is basic - no microwave, no bread knife etc. The insulation is poor and sounds from upstairs are very audible. I have waited for a month to write this review but feel it has to be said for others. I won't return.
