Gute Lage zum Airport.

Heizung funktionierte nicht . Total ungemütlich. Schlimmer geht es nicht . Hohe Parkgebühren obwohl der Parkplatz zum Hotel gehörte .

Couldn’t understand why the shuttle to the airport went to this hotel less frequently than the other two in the IBIS group?

Dat je geen mensen op de gang hoorde iin de kamer als ze vroeg met hun koffer naar het vliegveld gingen. Ook het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Shuttle, Room, Location of the hotel, Airport Accessibility and the Staff was very supportive as well.

Bathroom was not cleaned on day 1 and the washbasin was clogging and water was not passing quickly which was very disgusting. We were travelling everyday and had not time to attend to this but this should have been taken care of by the staff in the first place and even the elevators were having broken buttons for the floors.

The wallpaper was coming off the wall. One bedside table was broken. The people in the next room could easily be heard. The staff didn't all speak Dutch, which I think in Holland is a must.

I stayed near the airport because I had an early flight out of amsterdam. The hotel is clean, lovely and the staff was great. It’s not great with amenities but has a nice restaurant / bar area and the food is decent. It’s perfect if you’re passing through and need a place near the airport.

Big shower, good bed and a very active A/C

Not exactly a airport hotel without the shuttle service (which ended before we landed). You can't walk there like other hotels around the airport, as this hotel is located all the way over from the arrivals section of the airport. We had to take a taxi.

Spacious room, great for a family. Clean, comfortable hotel.

Price was a little more than I would usually pay for an airport hotel that's a good 15 min from the airport.

Part of the sink in the room was broken and the water in the shower had a tendency to flow out of the bottom of the shower and into the other part of the bathroom requiring a towel to be put down to prevent this.

Great staff and service. Clean, spacious and well maintained rooms. Reliable free shuttle service to and from airport every 40 minutes from 04:00 to midnight. Decent breakfast spread (only adults have to pay).

Far from everything - have to go to the airport for restaurants or supermarkets (25 minutes by shuttle or public transport). But not a major concern considering the price and easily overcome with a bit of planning.
