Owner communicated quickly and answered all our questions in situation when Sonata residence was finally not available. Free cakes and cans of cola and fanta as well as water in the fridge. Very nice pool at Sonata residence in ground floor, suitable for children as well as for adults, even for nice swim (20-25m). Sonata residence looked like new appartment building, but we were only using pool there as room was not available. Nice location, clean and safe street in the modern skyscrapers area. Lot of dining opportunities nearby.

Unfortunately only 6 days prior our arrival we got message, Sonata residence during our stay will not be available due to maintanance of electricity delivery to appartment (hope no other future guests will get the same message, then it can be tricky). This was after full payment was done and free cancellation was not possible and host did not offer it. Only offer was to move to nearby Pearl residence (100m), what is older building and small appartment (one room where kitchen is together with bed, only splitted by wardrobe...) At Pearl pool was out of order, so we had to go to Sonata to be able to enjoy pool, which was one of key reason for us to book this appartment. No views from window (just to opposite side building)
