The room has an excellent view and Stavros is really kind and helpful.

I didn't like mainly two things. Firstly, when we arrived the room was really clean. However, they did not clean for the rest of the seven days that we stayed there. They just changed towels from day to day. Secondly, the bathroom which is not shown in the pictures of the room was quite old and it needs renovation.

We've stayed at Maroudas several times before and always enjoy returning. The surprise this time was the lovely brand new kitchen! Complete with large fridge, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster along with complimentary coffee pods, crackers and jam, herbs and really gorgeous olive oil. Also there were new cushions and chairs on the terrace to lounge around on. The wifi and a/c are always good, the beds are comfy, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. The apartments are on the far side of Vathi, just a pleasant short stroll to the shops and restaurants but there is a good fish restaurant just a minutes walk away right next to the water (Porto) and a well-stocked supermarket opposite that. There are nice beaches in either direction, a short drive or about 30 minutes walk away. Stavros is always on hand if needed and is very helpful and friendly - he even gave all his guests some tasty birthday cakes on HIS birthday!! We will be back again soon!

The apartment is central but at the same time rather tranquil. It has everything you need and it´s cleaned carefully and regularly. The terrace is a nice spot to enjoy the sun and a pleasant view (which is of course better if you have the upstairs apartment).

Even if the furnishings are rather new (especially the kitchen) the bathroom could need a bit of refurbishing, starting with a simple hook to keep the shower in place. The apartment lacks a bit of privacy because of the thin walls so if you have neighbours it could become noisy.

convenient location, good for a 1-2 night stop over on the island. Comfortable bed and Good value for money.

Kitchen and bathroom could do with modernising if you were staying for longer than a few days.

very nice apartment, in the town centre and only 15-20 minutes walk from a wonderful beach. the walk is, for the great part, under woodlands, with the smell of pine trees and the sound of the sea

Excellent stay at a very good location at Vathi. Very close to bars, restaurants, and super markets, and 1,5km from the nearest beach, Loutsa. The apartment has a wonderful view in the sea and it's quite big and comfy.

There was very week Wi-Fi connection while I stayed there, so I had to pay for data. However the last day before I left the host changed something in the connection, so it should be okay in the future. Also, the kitchen stove didn't work and I couldn't cook. However, once again the host was helpful and replaced it with another one. Haven't tried it, but it'd probably do the job.

The view of vathi’s marina was amazing!! The room very clean and the location just 3’ from the center!

Lovely, roomy apartment with great views to the harbour and town. Everything was spotlessly clean. The host, Stavros, is very helpful, friendly and has a good sense of humour. Highly recommended. The house cat who we named “white socks” was shy but came to sit under our balcony. He eats everything including cheese, scrambled eggs, olives and bread with honey. Please remember to give him a saucer of water!

Everything's excellent! The apartment is potless clean, well equipped and very nice. The view from balcony and from the shower is beautiful. Location is perfect. And the host is wonderful, helpful and kind. We couldn't be happier with our stay. We highly recommend it!
