The location was great for our purposes, right next to the Westgate Shopping Mall and quite close to the Expressway to JKIA airport (although there was a lot of traffic to get to the Expressway it only took 20 minutes to get to the airport in total). Our driver found it easily using GoogleMaps. There was a good breakfast menu and we ordered the "Landmark breakfast" to be brought to our room. It was fine but we did not get any fresh fruit. The juice was very nice though. There was plenty of space for our family and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The wifi was good. It was quiet.

When we arrived they were not expecting us despite having sent a confirmation message that morning and despite me replying to that message. Luckily there were still apartments available. The first apartment had a problem with the lights but we were moved to another one without a problem. The kitchen was good but poorly equipped - there were not enough plates and cutlery for our family. When we asked they brought us some though.

The staff were soo nice and helpful Always smiling and friendly Very understanding The staff made up for what we didn’t like and hence why we did not cancel as the all staff from front desk to the restaurant crew to the cleaning crew to the guards were polite, kind and helpful

The facilities are run down and for the price of the room one expected that the light fixtures should work, washing machine should work ( we had it changed out but still had problems), windows would not shut, sheets stained, towels tattered, crockery broken The internet was horrible and slow and disconnected often Had to go get a portable modem so could actually have consistent internet. The price did not support the facilities for sure The location is ideal but the street boys are right across so walking out of the gate and to the gate they approached you right away - it was intimidating and felt somewhat unsafe but not sure if this can be avoided and as mentioned location is very ideal

We requested a quiet room but were given a room on the ground floor, close to the lift and with windows on the noisy bar store. We asked if we could change rooms and the receptionist was very professional and helpful. She suggested we look at two rooms (of a lower category than the upgrade offered by Booking because no other solutions of the same category were available) and choose the one we preferred. We chose the only one with a king size bed. A window in the living room did not close completely and the kitchen was not equipped and even after we asked the tools were very poor. We saw laxity in the corridor of dirty plates etc from the others room and some other unfair situations.
