The room was clean and very well located next to the train station

Sometimes during the day it was a little noisy due to the neighborhood

Studio was of a good size for Paris, we even had a view of a tip of Eiffel Tower from our window.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but not equipped. The location was ok, it’s accessible to train station, and we felt safe.

However, the room was not clean, there was hair in the shower, the fixed hand soap dispenser was broken and the floor throughout the apartment was dirty. When we went down to get hand soap, reception said that housekeepers were out, and that we could pick it up the next day in the afternoon. Nope, they didn’t get any soap for us. Furthermore, the smart TV was not connecting to the wi-fi, and reception couldn’t help us. This was the also a deal-breaker for us because we like to watch Netflix to wind down after dinner during vacation.

The area is very nice, public transport very close to the location to any point of Paris. The property is clean, water with pressure and very hot quickly, friendly staff

Fully equipped kitchen, clean room and very frendly reception.

The personal was nice and helpful. The hotel was very good for its price.

It was not easy to find the hotel (search for 38 instead of 36 in Google maps)

The room was spacious, clean and sound proof. Even though the fridge was too noisy, I must say that the kitchenette was fully furnished. Nearby L train.

Metro 3 & RER C are not that close I insist about the infernal sound coming out of the fridge because I couldn’t identify it at last and signal it to the reception who said they’re gonna fix it. Train station view.

I liked the view and that everything was so close to the Hotel.:)

I didn’t liked that in the room we didn’t have airconditioner.

The moment we stepped in the room, we noticed that the sink drain was stuck. We complained but nobody fixed it. The water heater in the shower was not working well. The lady in the office waa not very accomidating. They mentioned they would charge if you change the towels.

There was no safe in the room, although supposed to be, one toilet paper for 5 days, if we want extra towel is 7 euro
