Location is good, at city center. But still need to drive to find halal eateries, cant find any within walking distance.

Stayed at unit 8-8.The cleanliness of the toilet need to be improved, a lot. The mattress in the third bedroom need to be changed, u can feel the spring. The A/C in the third bedroom also need to be checked, its not cold.

i love the location that near tourist attractions. the house also clean and beautiful , many facilities also provided such as coway, hairdryer n iron. the bed also very comfy and everything is great.thank you host !

The location of the apartment is walking distance to tourist spot. Clean and have all the basic amenities. Great for family to get together. The car park is free.

Poor maintenance on toilet and bathroom. Ventilation fan is very noisy , look like the bearing is faulty . The hot water heater not with built in pump , so the water volume so small. Beside that you can few area on toilet need some repair work on wall and door .

location is great,nearrest with the city and also near gerbang malam(night market) .. parking was great got 2 slot ..location easy to find. the owner also keep fast response.

when i staying,i have found the 4 cockrouch coming from the kitchen, dont have any equitment like ridsect ,i need to buy it myself to kill the bug:(.. and also when i staying the lift down(out of services for 1 (got 3 total) . i stay at 8 floor so very hard to go down because lift always full with the other owner apartment because in 1 lift only 4 people can IN..that's so frustrated.

convenient location

The overall look was as shown on the listing but the conditions were super bad. Cushions were torn and not refurbished (however it was sitting condition just with some annoying pokes if you are on shorts due to the tears). Aircond switches were falling off in all rooms. Utensils were not clean. Had to wash everything that we used. Floors were sticky and not clean. The small room had a musky smell. Both bathroom shower heads were broken. Master bedroom toilet couldn’t flush down properly. It looks ok when you walk in but once you start settling down and using all the stuff, it’s just super bad. I’m not sure how did they get such a good rating on Booking.com!!
