Rooms are clean and modern. Aircon works just fine. Toilet is good. Bed is comfortable. Housekeeping comes between 6-7pm. Area feels secure, near residential.

I traveled by car so it's quite convenient to get food at night otherwise it can be difficult to get for food.

Was having a bad experience in this hotel! Upon check in, the receptionist lady (Who speak broken Malay) took quite long for registration, she keeps talking that she had reserve the room for us as many asked for it (What’s the point?) We reach the hotel within the check in time, and need to take rest quickly after a long journey. She gave a bag consists of remote TV, Air Cond and a small hair dryer (they asked if u need it before pass it to u?) RM100 refundable deposit. The room red carpet worn out, causing to the bad smells and humidity in the air, not worth for the price. Upon Check out, The receptionist girl asked the bag of remotes, as we don’t bring it down, the receptionist herself went to take it first, took about 15 mins (My daughter left her new brand Nike cap on the table, but the receptionist didn’t pass us that time!) Waiting about an hour for grab, which never come and we already starving. There’s no café or foods shop nearby, no walking distance shop. I had to ask a favour from a guy who sent his friend to that area. The Nike Hat then be my gift to that helpful guy, as we already out of Johor, only return after 5 days!

The bedsheets and quilt covers are comfortable and neat!

The carpet extremely dirty, need to look into the floor carpet cleanliness as we felt long period never clean
