Perfect place to stay for convention to get away from downtown but close enough to walk to convention center or downtown restaurants. We wish we hung out more in the neighborhood as there was plenty of breweries and eateries a stone throw away!

We loved the condo. It is just as pictured, very well maintained and very clean. Very spacious. Great two car garage. The neighborhood does have a great deal of construction going on and there is some noise, but not terrible. The neighborhood is near downtown and it is walkable, several coffee shops and places to have an adult beverage. We will definitely be staying here again as we come to visit our TCU Horned Frog.

All of the photos tell you exactly what you will see when staying at the Bryan condos. We love the location and are excited every time we come to Fort Worth to stay here. The condo is so convenient to everything Fort Worth has to offer. You won't be disappointed!

Great communication, process was easy in an and out with ease on flexibility. up and coming neighborhood close to all things Fort Worth. Stock Yards , FW zoo, tcu, Sundance, Trinity River and oh my the food walkable bbq, upscale pizza beer and wine options close by

The flat is just as described and photographed and the management and hosts were warm, helpful (not that we needed help) and responsive. The neighborhood is experiencing a transformation and we benefitted from the great cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Such a lovely modern space with great amenities, comfortable beds and beautifully appointed living spaces.

Loved this place. Kitchen was so well-stocked that I was able to cook a nice dish for a family Chris party. Flowers, fruit, and cookies were waiting for my arrival. I will return!

Communication with the property was amazing! I have never received responses so quick from any other booking. I cannot rave about this place enough. It is beautiful and clean! The area is nice with eating and shopping close by. I take a trip to Fort Worth every year and I will definitely be booking at this same location.

Great Place As Always!
This is probably our 6th or 7th time to stay at the listing. It is always wonderful to arrive with cookies, fruit and water waiting for our arrival. The pictures are spot on and the vrbo is in the perfect location. This visit we went to the zoo and the rodeo at the stockyards where each drive was less than 15 minutes away. You cannot beat how close the townhome is to everything in Fort Worth. We will be back! Thank you to our host!

I had a really enjoyable stay, very clean , comfortable, well stocked kitchen! Thank you for the Welcoming flowers, cookies and wine which were a wonderful surprise! Enjoyed my grandson staying one night and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops!

Love this Loft!
We have stayed here many many times during our visits to Fort Worth. Everything you see posted is spot on. Love staying here close to downtown and close to coffee shops and restaurants. Will always stay here when we are visiting our daughter.

Perfect spot for FW Wedding
The townhouse was the perfect home base for a long weekend celebrating a family wedding! It was centrally located for hopping on and off the freeway, we walked to coffee (Roots is just down the street!) to Magnolia for BBQ and friends walked down to the speakeasy. Our adult children enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs suite. One who slept on the couch said it was comfortable for a couch! We loved the open floor plan that allowed for everybody to gather and connect. The Property Mngr was prompt in responding to questions and we appreciated the cookies that were out when we arrived, the wine and the coffee! All in all we highly recommend this VRBO and would stay here again! Thanks!
Notes: the iron and ironing board are in the laundry room downstairs and the upstairs master shower is open to the bedroom. There is a screen you can set up so you can get some privacy from the living spaces. The upstairs closet in the master bedroom needs a few more hangers.
