We’ll keep up property. Parking and unloading was a breeze. Unit was clean and the decor was great. Loved the closet space and the double sinks in bathroom. They had a vacuum and cleaning supplies so you can keep the space clean and sand free. The liquor and beer store is right across the street, so getting beverages and snacks for the beach was just a 2 min walk away. Nice restaurants within walking distances as well. Laid back environment at the pool. Grill is located really close to room, they had propane and charcoal options. This was the best room I have stayed at fort Walton and I have been coming for the past 5 years. It was a great experience for my vacation and will be returning soon.

This unit was immaculate. It was on the first floor and right outside the pools and hot tub. It was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. All the rooms were spacious. There were plenty of supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. The entire condo was very quiet and peaceful. It was right on the beach side. The Owner was very informative and helpful from the day I booked until the day of checkin. There is plenty of parking and several good restaurants close by.

The ground floor location was absolutely perfect. The children were able to come in and out as they please and we could see them in the pool/hot tub at all times. The unit was clean and everything was as expected. We had a wonderful family vacation. We will definitely be back.

Very clean, perfect location with the heated pool and hot tub just steps away. Very close to the boardwalk to the beach. Loved having chairs and umbrella available to watch the grandchildren build sand castles. Very close to wonderful restaurants.

Kyle’s place is great!! The condo is conveniently located directly on the water and near restaurants and activities for kids. The beds are super comfortable and I like that there is a TV in every room. I really love all of the touches of home in the condo. Board games and puzzles for kids, dish cleaning tools, extra coffee filters, Rubbermaid for leftovers, extra soap in the bathrooms, extra toilet paper, trash bags, dryer sheets, shampoo and lotions under the sinks. Extra blankets, plenty of bath towels, rugs in the bathrooms and throughout the condo. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay.
By far, my favorite feature about the condo is the proximity to the pool and beach. The sliding glass door opens to a gated patio on the pool deck and just steps from the beach. The patio contains an outdoor storage box full of every beach toy you could ever need. Another bonus is that the condo comes with chairs during your stay. Not chairs you carry down to the beach, although they have some, but chairs that an attendant sets up for you every morning and takes down in the evening.
I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and we will definitely be back!

We have been to Okaloosa before and love it there but this was definitely the best. We parked the car and never got back in it until we were packing to leave. We love that everything was in walking distance. The hosts are great communicators and would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It's on the 1st floor which if you have never stayed on the ground floor you are in for a treat! No waiting on elevators! You have access to everything from your patio. We felt safe and secure at all times. The beach staff were very nice and helpful made sure we had set ups by our new friends from Ohio who we just meet. Everyone we meet was just super nice. The condo: AMAZING! If you forgot something it was ok cause it was there. Very well stocked! Sunburn... Bam they had relief lotion already there. The beds were all very comfortable. The cleaning staff did an awesome job. I honestly can not say enough about how wonderful our experience was here. Thank you and we look forward to coming back again next year!

Condo is in a convenient location where you are close to the beach, pool, dining and entertainment. Unit is just as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

This is our second stay at the property and love it. The location especially the first floor is very convenient especially for my elderly father. Located near beach, pool and within walking distance to restaurants and stores makes it convenient. The condo was clean and we noticed some minor updates from last year. Kyle was extremely responsive and communicated the check in procedures in a timely manner. We will definitely be back next year.

Condo had everything we needed. Very clean. Being on the first floor with direct access to the pool was a huge plus with having small kids. Owner was very responsive. Loved that it came with chairs & umbrellas on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back.

Would return in a heartbeat!
This amazing condo has everything you need for any type of getaway. It was very clean and nicely decorated . All rooms had comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped, and baths were well stocked as well. It’s location on the property is great, you literally walk out onto the lanai and the heated pool and hot tub is just feet away, and beach access is right there too. There were plenty of floats and beach toys available to use and stored conveniently on the lanai. The owner is very responsive and great to work with. This place is wonderful, we would return in a heartbeat!

I would definitely recommend this place to stay. It was poolside and the beach is steps away. The maintenance of the pool and hot tubs was amazing.
The only complain I had was too many kids were allowed in the hot tub which made it hard for the adults to enjoy. A few evenings the teeangers took over the hot tub which lasted past its 10pm quiet time. An adult, I assumed was the manager asked the kids to call it a night. Only 2 of the kids were staying at the condos , the rest of them headed back down to the beach. I would recommend all tenants make a note in their rental agreements about hot tub policies.
Besides the hot tub issue, the place was equipped with everything we needed. Lots of things to do around the condo in walking distance such as the pier, restaurants, shops and the aquarium. We will definitely be renting this place again!

I would definitely recommend this place to stay. It was poolside and the beach is steps away. The maintenance of the pool and hot tubs was amazing.
The only complain I had was too many kids were allowed in the hot tub which made it hard for the adults to enjoy. The pool was literally steps away, and the beach was so nice and only about 30 yards from our back door! We had 4 adults, 4 kids (ages1-9). This unit has everything you need to cook a meal (other than the food, of course). It was fantastic being like 10 steps from the patio into the pool. The walk to the beach was incredibly short compared to many other places where you are exhausted from lugging all the equipment by the time you reach the sand and then have to trek through hot sand. Having 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas each day was great. My husband appreciated not breaking his back carrying umbrellas and chairs down each day. We opted to pay cash for a paddle board so we didn’t lose our chairs side by side. It was only $20 for an hour and totally worth it. The condo is also in close proximity (walking distance) to several restaurants, liquor store, Tom Thumbs, alvin’s island, and surf style. Also, just a short drive over to Destin’s Harbor Walk. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Amazing condo with great location
We were thrilled with the overall experience. Being on the first floor was very convenient. The pool, beach and BBQ grill were right out our patio. The beach chairs and umbrellas were very convenient. The layout was perfect and very clean. There were restaurants and stores close by. Kyle was very easy to work with. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Loved the access of walking right off the patio to the pool and then out to the ocean. Condo was very well equipped with toiletry items and kitchen supplies. Condo owner was quick to respond to emails. Pool did not open until 9 AM which was late in our opinion. Lots of people smoking off their balconies, rowdy teenagers and loud music were the only negatives which has nothing to do with the condo.
