In room 304 bath glass doors very dirty , TV out of order . too much noise Emptiness under doors. , creaking doors. .this hotels maybe convenient for young people

The location was good for me.

The receptionist guy is a rare seen kind. You are not sure if he is dead or alive or just a sleep-walker . Very rude and unpleasant, enjoying answering for your question with your same question or when it’s not clear just repeat word why word what he said before . Please , get rid of him. Please!!!

The location is perfect. 15 walk to the center and 1 minute to the metro line 2. Caffe NY is just 160 m away. you will find many places to eat near by. The hotel has an interesting set up and the inner courtyard is very nice. Good breakfast. It was quite.

It's not easy to find, indication at the door could be better.

I like the location, very close tot he train station. The structure internally looks nice, the beds are comfy and the bathroom is big. You have burger king underneath, a pharmacy across the road, a tobacco shop and a supermarket everything in few minutes walking distance.

Although the room looked clean, I found dirt under the bed and sewer flies in the toiler. When entered the room smell quite bad, maybe from the previous visitor, which I resolved by opening the window.

this accommodation was very friendly, cosy, the room was nice and big. The location was excellent, near the city center and public transportation, lot of restaurants arroud. and the breakfast were delicious, everything which we need. We recommend this hotel and we would like to stay there in our future staying.

The television was broken.

The hotel is suited in the really good location with access to public transport. In general I had awful experience they didn't cleaning the room daily, event change the towel...I asked them for changing dirty blanket and towels and they replied we don't change them during your stay in hotel. In the room there isn't any phone then if came any problem the passenger should directly refer to reception. The breakfast also wasn't acceptable there was any coffee machine and fresh coffee....In general I never recommend stay in this hotel.
