The front desk staff was quite nice, and convenient location to Thai town and World Square, just down the road from Surry Hills.

The bathroom/shower room, was uncomfortable. The rooms were quite dark and dingy. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

It was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The bed was really comfortable, the shared facilities like bathroom and kitchen area were very clean and modern and well maintained. The other guests were very respectful. The staff were great.

There was limited airflow in the rooms. The height of the pod (I was on an upper pod) was awkward, and difficult to get up and down the ladder and on and off the bed with the spacing of the rungs. I would have preferred a narrower mattress and more personal space in the pod. The storage was OK but limited which meant some people in my pod room left their large suitcases in difficult places near the door that got in the way of entry and exit.

The bed is really big and the location is perfect!

It’s not so convenient coz you need to ask the staff to give you shampoo, body gel and hair dryer.

Very clean and comfortable! Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Located close to Central Station, friendly staff member and check in and check out simple. Clean and female only for this time period. Bed was comfortable and private, shared facilities clean and manageable.

One shower head not the best, no pressure maybe. Climbing up to top bed maybe next time I’d request bottom bed
