The location was near city center and we could walk by foot, the check in was very easy, the access to the locker with the key was easy to understand and the steps were described in a detailed way.

The apartment was not clean, as you can see in the pictures, there were spots on the pillows, on the blanket, on the towels from the bathroom, the bed sheets for the sofa were old, really used. The cooker hood was full of fat, the mattresses from the 2 bedrooms were creaking, the doors were creaking like hell in the night if somebody wanted to go to the bathroom. To conclude, the price paid was overrated for what the apartment has offered. The back of the couch was broken and we managed to put it in place so we can use it as a bed, or bed wanna be, the sheets for the couch were for little people, I'm 181 cm and the sheets were for 150 -155 cm person. They have a lot of rules and fines for you as a guest if you do any noise that they would consider loud, but the problem was that the neighbors were very loud at unusual hours, like Sunday at 03:40 in the night a group of people were smoking, laughing and talking very loud near the door entrance and activating the light sensor, it was like they were in the apartment and doing that for kind of 20 minutes, Also Saturday at 06:30 in the morning the kids from the floor up were running in the house like the floor would go on us and then at 07:00 they got out in front of the entrance door and started jumping and screaming there, and because of that weak door it was that it was playing near our couch and screaming in to our ears. Please invest at least the minimum amount of time and money to repair the bed's, couch and doors that were creaking and buy new sheets , pillows and towels.

Too much rules and notifications to follow before check in, too much stress.

The wi-fi didn't work. There is no linen for another two persons. The floor was dirty.

Perfect location, spacious rooms, clean and cozy.

The location is perfect (10 min from a bus stop, bus 100E goes to the airport directly), the way how the check in process is organized couldn't be better: everything was arrange prior to our arrival. Very well equipped kitchen, hair dryer, iron machine, air conditioner, coffee machine, etc. New furniture, decorated with a great taste - we felt at home here and it was enough for 5 adults. Great value for money! I strongly recommend it!

Maybe if we can easily open the windows to get some fresh air will be nice and the beds may be a bit harder but depends on the people preferences I supposed.

For accommodation is necessary online check-in, fill data like passport numbers (OK). After arriving and parking a car we went to the entrance of courtyard where was no info so we called numbers from Booking mail. The first one was with Hungarian prefix+36 and noone answered. Second one was UK’s prefix +44 and after 30minutes of hard communication with a woman with poor English we were told we have to send passport pictures so she can help us with a key to the apartment. After that we received an email with instructions how to accommodate, how to get to the building with video included. Apartment is located on the ground floor and working windows are only to the courtyard. After entering the apartment there was a very bad and strange smell. They were not ventilating it! After a long ride everyone go to the bathroom to wash their hands. And there was a problem. Sanitized banner on the Booking website is ridiculous! Hairs in the sink and shower and all over the bathroom! Nasty! Dirty couch was burnt with a cigarette. Cleaning is absolutely not their thing! Unfortunately the cleanliness makes a first impression and that was the worst experience all over Europe!

The location was perfect for getting around the city. It would be even better when the main train station reopens as it is a short walk away. The apartment was spacious, clean and kept cool even when 37degC outside.

As there were 3 of us we would have appreciated more towels as only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel was provided. An additional couple of towels would have been useful.

I would like a welcome bottle of water and a bag of tea

The apartment is newly furnished and nicely designed. We felt welcomed and home.

We were looking forward to a coffee in the morning as described in the interiour. Unfortunately, there were no coffee pads or tea bags. It would be helpful to know that in advance.

Plenty of room for 4 adults. Very convenient location. Apartment was well appointed, especially the kitchen, which although small had many utensils and cooking equipment.
