Quiet location . Very good hot water. Hot water in sink! Room with balcony at $13. Owner very friendly.

The bed was comfortable, the location is good.

The bathroom smelled quite bad and there was no mirror in the bathroom.

The hotel was the best we stayed in while in da lat. comfortable, quiet, but close enough to the action. We had a lovely spacious room looking over the gardens. The family that own/run it are very helpful and very nice people. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great nights sleep. We also had our laundry done very speedily for a fair price !! :)

Elli the woman in the front desk I guess she is also the owner very helpful and the place is just few walk from night market and crazy house which we really like and enjoy
