Beautiful resort, freshly renovated, huge thank you to amazing staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Buffet had a diverse selection, food was good quality and delicious, constantly restocked. Ladies at the spa were awesome, very professional and managed to find time for me the same day. I’m very glad I chose Sentido, it was a great great holiday for me and my family. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family resort.

They could provide more adult entertainment

The swim up pool room was the best part of the holiday unfortunately that was the only good part of the holiday

We paid for all inclusive and had to eat out every night because my partner wasn't allowed in without long pants on yet half the women in the restaurant had barely any clothes onand some men were in shorts it was as if they were picking and choosing who they wanted in the restaurant! Firstly the staff asked us to go and get changed which I found incredibly rude and when we advised we didn't have long pants they continued to be rude and unreasonable, there was no notes on the hotel booking about dress code as if we would have known my partner would of brought pants, the food wasn't great for vegetarians there was not much choice of meals, the other restaurant never opened for food so we only had the snack bar that shut at 5pm so we had to take a hour bus ride into rhodes to eat out each night. Definitely not a 5* hotel and definitely not worth the money for all inclusive as we didnt get to use it.

Kind & smiley crew (Alexandra, George, Hasan & more), clean & modern rooms & hotel, nice pools & beach. Very quiet & relaxing atmosphere. Definitely going back there sometime!

They could have more sun beds on the beach but that's it!

We chose this hotel because it looked great in the pictures and was good value at the time we travelled. The restaurant, bar and swimming pool were all well decorated. The food was good, lots of different dishes including salads and puddings. It would have been more interesting if it had been more varied from day to day.

Whilst our bed was comfy I thought our room felt a bit dingy and bare. It could have done with better lighting and some more ‘stuff’ in it. Eg pictures, a throw, some cushions to brighten it up. The beach was nice (although there are much better) for a dip but take beach shoes as it’s pebbly.

The staff are super nice. We booked sea view room and they upgraded it to room with shared pool for free. There were several types of salads, desserts, and fruits .

The meals (main menu) was not very diverse.

This hotel is definitely not 5 star hotel. There are a lot of problems and deficiency. Everything looks good on the photos but in reality this hotel is not so nice, the service is not so high, the food is not so tasty. What more - very boring place. Hotel: the rooms are quite big and nice at first look but quality is not high. Beds are not comfortable, they are creaks so you can’t turn from left to right without crazy sounds or even to do something more... There are a lot of bad details as dirty joints between tiles, crooked walls, bad electrical outlets and more. The warm water in shower has not stable temperature. Two light bulbs didn’t work. Service: The staff is quite fine, but there is problem with room service. Two days from four we has no room service. Means no new towels, no soap, unmade beds. We have to call desk for towels and soap. They came one hour later with towels, but without soap. Fail. Food: All inclusive program is 3 star only. Food taste was very average, day by day the same meals. If something left from last day, they serve it next day. Alcohol drinks was bad, bad, bad! Wine was diluted by water, all other alcohol was very weak, drinks are terrible sweet and almost no alcoloh inside. Meals was not tasty. Spa: Very professional masseurs, maybe best massage ever for me. But again the spa room design, decoration etc is not 5 star level. Sorry. Entertainment: This is dead place. No fun, no smiles. Top of entertinment is beach volleyball and Bingo game at night. Beach: Quite nice stone-sandy beach with a lot of sunbeds. No sealife underwater but clear water. Final result: This hotel is boring but peaceful place with a lot of small problems and weak all inclusive program. Bad beds, too big pillows, not tasty and boring food, crazy sweet bad drinks with weak alcohol. This is not 5 star hotel. It’s 3+ or 4-. Not good value for the money.
