Clean & great service

During my check out, there is a total mass about if I had paid or I had pay again to the property . Although the solution was provided speedy, but surprised to experience this with 5 star hotel which I always stay .

credit card was given during booking for confirmation purpose only, payment to happen onside. However, the hotel without asking used the credit card to charge the costs

Thought- and tastefully decorated... Beautiful, super clean and comfortable rooms with an awesome view on the water and coconut tree forest. Nice foods. The staff was super friendly, attentive and helped with anything needed. Special kudos to Irene!

The noise level in the breakfast room. And the bed could have been a touch softer.

I have booked 1 family room and 1 superior twin room, I was given upgrade of the twin room to family room as well. Besides, the staffs are extremely polite and helpful, especially Mr Raja. I like everything of the hotel, especially the kids dining area.. it is so cute and my kids love it. Will definitely stay again if I come to Wenchang in the future!
