The only good thing is that rooms are spacious.
Shortage of staff and very lousy service. No room cleaning person came the next day on their own, you have to ask for everything. Even if you ask for water bottle, they will provide you that in 1 hour. Service is very poor for the price. Not worth the money at all. At max 3000 per night should be the charge. Much better hotels with much better service and much better view are available. Wifi is like 2G, doesn't work at all.

Location is good.
The presentation and the photographs of their suite is not even near to what they actually have/give. I felt cheated as I booked the most expensive suite of their property for my sister just looking at the pictures on the website. It would have been absolutely fine if they would have put the real representations. Then it depends on the guests to book or not to book such suites. But please do not mislead.
PS- when asked about the pics on the website, they said all the suites are same. Then why put a different pic on the website.
