The location was good

The bed was dirty and we had to fit it. The sofa bed was broken. The fridge wasn't working. I sent him a picture and he never replied. Asked him for a fan as the temperature was 32 degrees, he totally blanked me.

The apartment was in a good location and the house was pleasant. Access to Disney and Paris was easy enough to have internet and find the routes by public transport or whatever solution you can do.

really great location for getting to Disneyland and close to the mall which was a nice surprise with loads of places to eat, supermarket and a primark. good to have use of a kitchen too. you can get the 47 bus just from the adagio apart-hotel (stop just outside) to the park (couple of stops) for €5 (2 adults, I think the child was free) it’s also a 10 minute walk from station Val d’europe which we got direct from Paris centre (Gare de Lyon) for about €10 much much cheaper than a taxi! bed was comfortable but small. it’s basic but a much cheaper option than staying in nearby hotels. good that they provided towels as one review said they didn’t and we brought ours. lovely little balcony too. tv but we didn’t use it.

lack of communication leading up to our arrival which made us get somewhere else for a night as a back up. the owners should really put more up information for guests ahead of arrival and when messaging there was no response for weeks and I had to contact booking.com…so I hope this helps someone else. the owners will send you a video of how to get into the apartment, it’s self check in and the key is stored in a safe place so should be fine depending on your time of arrival. other things… the property is basic and a bit run down, the electrical plugs are hanging off the wall in the bedroom so be careful with children, it’s a bit run down generally but we barely spent any time there with us being in the park all day. so not a problem. no Wifi or welcome book/information. I would say it’s a tad on the expensive side for the above reasons

Free parking and excellent Wi-Fi. Disneyland is 10 minutes away on number 47 bus. Excellent location for Disneyland Paris.

Ceramic plates and other kitchen items were old. It could be nice if we could get some tea-bag or coffee. We did not found toaster to make breakfast.

Everything was as advertised, nice cozy spot, easy to access and great locations and easy instructions. Very handy and cheap.

The apartment was not clean, the kitchen units were sticky and I had to wash them down. The floors had wine stains - now gone as I washed them, the sofa has crisps/crumbs on it, I hoovered this, the balcony had cigarette butts on it, the shower was a handheld shower head, 3 plug sockets hanging out of the wall, overall very poor in the cleanliness department. Two kitchen doors were falling off - the apartment has not been maintained. If the owner wants photos - I have them.
