Absolutely breathtaking. I chose this place to celebrate my honeymoon. The service was extremely good. Everyone was very welcoming and hospitable. The facilities are of the highest quality. The location is surreal, the view of Lake Como combined with the stunning modern architecture of the hotel. I am definitely coming back again and recommending this place to my family and friends.

Staff were wonderful people. Just not well trained Management needs to address this issue immediately.
It was shocking to be at such a luxury hotel with staff who were not equipt or trained in how to do their job successfully. The staff are great people and I’m sure willing and want to learn

service/staff was very friendly not as good as expected (concierge not knowing super well the surroundings, massage was not great, food as OK but not great - eg bread)

Ilsereno offers majestic views overlooking the glistening lake como. Our whole stay was perfect from start to finish. Even though the architecture of the hotel is out of this world and the lobby/rooms are so elegant, the hotel staff attitude and service is even more than that! They always greet you with a smile and they provided everything we needed and more. Special mention to Elena who showed us around on the first day and provided all information needed. Definitely would recommend everyone to stay at this amazing hotel!
