La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal
Llegue y me comentaron que tenían overbooking al a ver reservado una habitación doble con camas individuales me cambiaron de categoría dándome un apartamento en el piso superior del hotel con dos estancias baño cocina y una impresionante terraza
En el apartamento estaría bien que pusieran para fregar los platos y copas

Очень хороший отель, в самом центре старого города. Большие номера, постоянный интернет. Чистая постель каждый день. Приветливый персонал.
Единственный минус - очень неудобно подъезжать к отелю, тупиковый заезд из узкой маленькой улицы. Машину поставить негде, такси вызвать неудобно. Поэтому машины должны останавливаться на соседней улице.

Except for the location, nothing.
There are no words to describe how terrible the place was. We didn't anticipate luxury from a 4-star hotel, but we did expect basic cleanliness and a tidy room, especially given we were only staying for one night on a stopover. We discovered dirty broken hauls, a dirty room that smelled like cigarettes (because someone before us has smoked there), dirty covers, the bathroom had not been cleaned, there was a soap and other items, the bed cover had stains, and the bed itself had something like a sheet on the mattress protection but not on the mattress itself. This, along with the breakfast, was the most awful location we had ever been. It is not something I would suggest to anyone.

The location was convenient and the staff was kind.There was nothing else positive.
In my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel at all. The room had a bad smell of humidity, there was humidity in the ceiling above the bed and ceiling craks. The bedside table plug didn't work, the fridge was broken. I requested a room switch , there wasn't another available in this hotel so they sent us to another hotel nearby.The internet pictures of the room were quite different from what I really saw there.

Good location, walking distance to the centre. Great size parking spaces in garage (extra cost). Friendly staff
The aircon in our room as noisy and didn't blow out cold air. Only the smallest puff of air came from it.

We stayed there on Sunday, arrived in the afternoon,and the restaurant wasn't working on that day

everything was as the pictures they have in booking. very well connected, all the monuments near, the area was very nice with everything you need.
But what we liked the most was the staff. We had an inconvenience and they helped us and find us a solution.

Friendly staff, good variety of breakfast, clean room and close to the city centre. Room cleaning everyday and toiletries available.
The rooms need a bit of upgrading and sometimes the room card was not working so we had to get it updated by the receptionist multiple times.

the staff are not very hospitable. the breakfast is very poor! there is only toast bread, one kind of bread only.

On arrival, there had been a problem with the booking being registered with the hotel. The staff member was very good and made great efforts to ensure that our stay went well as the problem was sorted.
The TV in the room seems to need retuning regularly. Staff were very helpful very late in the evening sorting the problem for us.

Is not a 4 star hotel, may be 2 or 3. The door didn't lock properly, old building, doesn't have any sauna or similar as they say to have.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good , there is also free coffee at the reception. The cleaning was excellent. Everything was on a high level and I will be coming soon again.

It was an excellent location, the staff were very friendly and patient with my elderly parents. They let us use their facilities even after check out.
