1 При заселении попросили уплатить какой то сбор, хотя через букинг все было оплачено. 2 Отель находится очень далеко от центра города в 30 минутах езды если без пробок. Расположен в частном секторе без магазинов, кафе и другой инфраструктуры. 3 В номере нет даже чайника и чашек. 4 Тюль в номере была с дырой, на кааролине огромное грязное пятно, пожарная сигнализация на потолке над кроватью была замкнута бумагой, из стены у кровати торчали оголенные провода от бра, сам номер маленький даже для 1 человека. 5 В лобби бесконечно курили и в номерах на моем этаже воняло сигаретным дымом. 5 Еда не продается в отеле, заказать нельзя. Четыре звезды- это просто насмешка! Это хуже чем 1 звезда.

Staff is very friendly and ready to answer for lot of questions, big and comfortable bed, work table in the room, location near 3 possible options for transport.

Intern spikes sometime, tv controller work with lags sometime

I thought there would be breakfast, extra at 8e each, but they weren't serving breakfast. Went to Coffee Dream instead

I didn't get a remote for the aircon or tv until I was about to check out. Toilet seat didn't fit on the toilet, mattress was falling off the bed, light flickered in the room. Lift didn't work.

the place requires a renovation. broken toilet seat, broken doorjambs, old furniture. found a live cockroach but was to late to change the room because I was leaving.

When I had a minor problem with the room, I could instantly move to another one. The crew is really helpful, perfect English. I checked out early in the morning (6:30 AM). I failed to notice on the front entrance, that due to Covid the hotel stays close between ~3-7 AM. But when I called one of the numbers in the notice, they were really kind and opened the door in less then 5 min. Very responsive and kind crew!

Room dirty, hairs form former guests all over the bed. No room service. Toilet not cleaned and broken. No breakfast available. Smell of cigarette smoke all over the room and the hotel - sleeping was possible only with open window. Cockroaches in the room. Elevator not working.

there isn’t much that I liked, other than location that I chose so it’s close to the destinations I was attending over those two days

not for non smokers; cigarette smoke all over the hotel. broken elevator. placed on the third floor next to VERY LOUD groups of men who were constantly yelling, sitting on the hallway floors, and up all night making noise. the day of the checkout I had a cab ordered for 6:30 am and as I came downstairs to the lobby, I realized NO ONE is at the front desk and the main door is LOCKED! i rang the bell, called a few numbers for at least 10-15 minutes, totally panicking, when I finally got a hold of someone who came in a few minutes and unlocked the main door. I’m still disturbed that no one is there throughout the night, with guests that looked very worrisome taking up hallways, lobby etc. not for a solo traveller by any means, I definitely won’t be back. you can find much better properties for the same price!

Location was near my relevants

They stole money from me. They still owe me 150 Euro from a booking mistake by the son of the hotel owner. Ignoring me and doing nothing about it. I now have to try to get it back from booking.com or my credit card company for fraud. Great way to treat customers
