the location was excellent and with onsite parking and all the facilities we needed
the gate in the car park didn’t open so we had to keep using the large auto doors. The staircase was squeaky and a bit steep

The apartment was clean and cosy. The location is in the center, so it is very close to all the sights of the city. We have got good memories after the trip. Thanks a lot to Broughton St Lofts.

had to pay £15per night extra for child’s bed but this was left out on the landing with no bed linen.

Location was great for exploring the city. Spacious apartment.
Lack of ventilation in master bedroom. Our second night was an uncomfortably warm one. Also found lots of hairs in our bedsheets upon arrival.

Actually we didn’t get to stay here as our daughter had a small accident right beforehand and we couldn’t travel as planned. I explained both to Booking.com and the property management only to be responded by an extremely rude person. I would recommend against this place.

I have a medical condition that requires a very soft and a deep well-sprung mattress which explains why the bed causes me problems.Gorgeous bedding and towels though.

Stylish apartment, super comfy bed, great location - loved it
Couldn’t see a coffee machine. Would have been a nice touch and one of the champagne glasses was dirty looked like it hadn’t been washed at all
