Great air conditioning :) good location, walking distance to the subway, clean
Could have used a couple extra pillows and sheets. We were supposed to use the extendable couch to sleep on, but didn't receive extra pillows and sheets for it.

Nice spacious apartment, well decorated, and equipped with all you need
AC devices are old and make lots of noise. Also boiler and electricity are not at the best, it takes time to heat the water and u can turn it on for only half an hour. Quite challenging for 5 people

Good location - not the city center, but very easy to go to. Very comfortable for family staying in Athens.
Not very sound proof. You can hear everything from the hallway in the apartments.

Appartment was clean, nice and good equiped kitchen (microwave, fridge, portable small grill, kettle).
Overall good for just staying to sleep after exploring the city and other activities.
We were family of 5 but respective beds available only for 4. The 5th should sleep on couch in the lobby. Dining room = lobby, table near the couch where the 5th person is sleeping.
Only 2 forks for 5 persons.

I and my family stayed in several Errathens apartments. All were located in the same building which was nice so the family stayed together.
The apartments were clean and the pictures show the reality.
For price-value one of the best places in Athens.
Transportation is really close, and that takes you to Syntagma in 10 minutes or so.
There are supermarkets around and several restaurants in a square close by.
I would say the most less comfortable thing was to turn on and off the water cylinder for taking showers. Hence, it is also not a major issue and worked well for a family.

Location was nice and apartment was very roomy. Was nice the location had an elevator. AC worked well in all the rooms.
Wifi didn’t work properly. No hair dryer and having to turn on and off boiler for hot water was difficult.

Location was very good. It was easy to reach the accommodation by public transport. Shops around and market was really nice. Cleanliness excellent. Good facilities, kitchen, washing machine, hot water, internet, TV, Netflix.
The bed in two rooms out of three were not comfortable at all. The double bed was broken at least there was a hole under my waist. However we were so tired that we slept. I am sure this will be changed by the owner then this apartment will be perfect.

Large spacious apartment with excellent facilities. Any issues were resolved quickly and promptly.

The health facilities were OK.
Personnel were available.
At nights there were very noisy.
One pillow was not clean enough, because I had to go to the doctor when I got home.

The apartment was perfect for our city break. Upon arrival, Alex gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around. Overall, great value for money and very helpful staff!
