Our group of four travelers (husband, wife, son, sister in law) fit perfectly in this spacious three bedroom apartment overlooking the harbor. The unit is flooded by light from the wall of windows and the view of the mega cruise ships was fascinating. Check in was simple, the host gracious and parking ample.
We loved this place! It was so comfortable and fully equipped for cooking, entertaining or (given my group) hanging out when the weather in Quebec City was rainy.
My favorite time at the rental was an impromptu gathering on the roof top lounge with the owners and other guests as we watched the Queen Mary 2 majestically leave dock after a 2 day stay. Sipping wine and quietly imagining the voyage ahead was a moment that makes travel worth all of the inevitable hassles.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as represented in the photos. Perfect location, delightful hosts. We met some of our neighbors on the rooftop terrace (so nice!) but otherwise would not have even known they were there. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Quebec City.

We enjoyed our stay and loves the beautiful windows and views, and the beds are comfortable.
I wish they offered free parking instead asking for additional fee per day. A few light bulbs were out.

This property is ideal for a great visit in Quebec City. Words fall short on all the beauty of the location, apartment, rooftop deck, access to all the restaurants, shops, and water view. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and property manager who answered our questions and showcased some of the area's best places to visit. Our first night there were fireworks over the rooftop deck and it will be something we won't soon forget. Don't hesitate booking this property- you won't regret it.

My husband, our friends, and I enjoyed our stay at Royal Dalhousie immensely. The view from the condo was amazing, including several cruise ships that appeared during our time there. The location was very close to sites that we wanted to see. We enjoyed walking around and also took advantage of the parking available at the condo. Pierre and his wife were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and answered any questions that we had during our stay. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck after dinner. Our only comment would be in regard to the Wi-Fi, during I’m assuming busy times throughout the condo building, the service was slow, almost nonexistent. Not really an issue, but when trying to book reservations, or access excursion tickets, it was a little challenging. But a minor critique of a lovely stay.

We had a great weekend exploring Quebec City! The location is walking distance to everything. There is a rooftop deck overlooking the water. Nice place to relax after a day of walking through the city. The owners were very accommodating and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back!! 5 stars!!

We loved staying at Gregoire's place!! It is so beautiful, spacious, well-appointed and in an ideal location. The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning! I cannot imagine a more perfect place. Thank you for sharing this lovely apartment!!

It really doesn't get any better. The condo at Royal Dalhoise exceeded all our expectations. The location is beyond spectacular. The condo is spacious and gorgeous and has everything we could have possible needed. Pierre was attentive, available, and hugely helpful. We would recommend this place with 5+ stars to anyone interested in an amazing vacation in Quebec City!!

Perfect apartment for a large family traveling together. Great location, the caretakers were available and helpful, and it had all the amenities needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!! Fabulous property, with great location, beautiful rooms, wonderful view of river, extra towels, extra Kleenex & TP, and an elevator (rare in Quebec listings). Best property I have ever stayed at through Vrbo. Very close to restaurants and shops.
Owner was extremely nice to visit with, and helpful on our late check in due to train delay and especially helpful with getting us a taxi to airport.
Highly recommend this property, and specifically this room for 4 to 6 people.
Will definitely suggest & recommend to anyone going to Quebec.
Thanks!!!

The management and ownership team of this property is fantastic, warm and very helpful. The property is a gem and the on-site folks who run the property are very helpful with questions and recommendations. The location can’t be beat as you are close to everything but not in the middle of Frontenac chaos. There are quieter pubs, coffee shops and restaurants right around this property if that is what you are seeking. We would definitely stay here again.

Our flight to Quebec was cancelled, rebooked, and delayed multiple times. I was able to contact the manager via the phone number I received on the email, and was given perfectly detailed instructions for doing the “self-check-in” when we finally arrived at 4am, it was such a relief after so many travel woes!!
The condo is exactly as pictured, but the experience is better than you can imagine. The view!!! The upscale but comfortable decor. Wonderful beds! A great welcome booklet. We were even shown a bucket of umbrellas that we could borrow on a rainy day. We had trash packs, toilet paper, and paper towels that we did not have to replace while we were there for five days. This is so convenient when you are traveling so far from home and cannot get to the grocery store as easily.
The location is ideal, but as with all of old Quebec, there are hills and stairs to consider. So a trip to this city could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Thankfully, the condo has a speedy elevator which was great when arriving with luggage. Back to the location: right in the middle of the river, the restaurants, the shops, and a beautiful museum is 5 minutes away. We loved riding the funiculaire up to the main part of town and the Chateau Frontenac.
All in all, this condo was the best way to experience Quebec!!!

We, three couples, had a fabulous time in Quebec City. Our condo apartment, La Corriveau, at the Royal Dalhousie was perfect for our four-night stay. Each couple had a bedroom and bathroom which makes staying together so much easier. Our living space was large with plenty of seating in the living area and at the dining table. But the most spectacular part of this third-floor apartment is the incredible view of the St. Lawrence River! The apartment was very clean, the linens were very nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The elevator was appreciated for transport of our luggage and for weary people at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and the Old Town was a quick walk up the hill. Pierre was so nice to deal with. He met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and the rooftop terrace. We didn’t use it since it was quite chilly and windy in April, but the view up there was spectacular!! Having on-site parking was wonderful although we didn’t realize there was an additional daily cost to park there until we got our welcome email ten days before. We saw Pierre as we came and went and we always stopped for a quick hello. When we visit Quebec City again we will definitely stay at the Royal Dalhousie!

Beautiful spacious apartment convenient to Old City
Lovely apartment. Nicely appointed. Only drawback was the fact there was no market nearby.

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Stay
The condo was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and had great views of the river. There were beautiful views of The Frontenac from the rooftop terrace which had very nice tables and chairs. It was in a great location and I highly recommend this property. One note is that parking at the building was an extra cost but convenient.

Great Space/Location, Some Amenities Lacking
Loved the space and view, but the mattresses were not great for price you are paying. Cable TV was not available for guys to watch hockey game and one bed needed repairing while we were there. Was fun space for three couples to share.

The perfect accommodation and location for us. We travel yearly and this was our first time to Quebec. Our stay at Royal Dalhousie was great! The condo is spacious and there was plenty of seating for reading , chatting or watching a movie. We went to the rooftop patio a few times and thoroughly enjoyed it. We could not have had a better experience. The host was great! Thank you!

Great flat with everything we needed. Zero need for a car, days of exploring are walkable from front door. Beautiful, quiet, comfortable hang out space for the 7 of us after a day of walking.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment right in the heart of the old city. This was a perfect location for visiting Quebec City -- close to all the sights, restaurants, and events. The apartment was beautiful and so spacious. Julie was very easy to work with and check in was efficient and informative. I plan to go back again and will stay there again. There were other smaller apartments as well so if you are looking for a two bedroom this building has that as well.

Incredible Experience
My husband and I, plus another couple who are our dearest and oldest friends, could hardly believe our eyes when we opened the door to our condo at the Royal Dalhousie. It provided first class accommodations and off-street private parking in the heart of Old Quebec City. The location was perfect and saved us from ever having to drive, until we departed four days later. Old Quebec is the closest thing to an authentic European experience one can have without having to cross "the pond". And our Royal Dalhousie condo let us forget, for a brief 4 days, all of the mega-stores, cookie-cutter fast food, crowded highways, and the suburban sprawl we left state-side. We highly recommend this beautiful condo, in beautiful Old Quebec.

Fabulous Condo On The River
The Royal Dalhousie was absolutely stunning and definitely had the "WOW" factor when you walk in. It was larger than we thought and the view was stellar. The view will even be better once the park across the street is completed. Everything about the condo was first class plus, Ed and Genevieve were so friendly, helpful, and just all around great hosts. There was more than enough space in the 3 bedroom condo for the 6 of us and the location was perfectly located for sightseeing. We all agreed it was one of our best trips we have ever taken together. We would highly recommend staying at the Royal Dalhousie!

We spent almost two weeks at the Royal Dalhousie, and had the opportunity to stay in two different apartments on the second and third floors. These both have very high ceilings, very comfortable seating, fabulous windows with St Lawrence river views. The apartments are kept immaculately, and I am a stickler for clean bathrooms. The kitchens are fully prepared with any cooking utensil you could imagine, and yes we did cook dinner on more than one occasion. Having laundry facilities was also great as we had a long stay and they are full size appliances. The roof deck is such a big plus, we brought up cocktails and snacks a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the view and ambiance. We were lucky to be there for the Transat sailboat race and the deck was the perfect location to watch. There is parking available in an attached lot. Ed is available for problems or questions, he brought us a booster for the wifi signal right away when we had problems with the signal. However, the throughput is slow, so we were unable to use FaceTime or skype, and my husband had to adjust a few phone conferences. The area in front of the building is being transformed into a park with grass and fountains, that will be totally amazing when complete. I expected to hear construction, and we did not. This is a city apartment, and we did hear buses go by. The apartment on the second floor had a window in the master bedroom that needs some sound dampening to the next apartment, we could hear music and talking when a party was there. Ed is available to remind guests that they need to keep noise down. The location is perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Quebec.

Six of us stayed at the 3 bedroom Dalhousie condo in early June. The accompdations were clean, cozy, and conveniently located. Our condo was just as nice as the pictures on the website and even bigger than it looks online. I was a little concerned about staying in the lower city, but the Royal Dalhousie is very close to the the funiculaire and the place where Champlain actually landed. The lower city has great restaurants and the Royal Dalhousie is about a mile away from the Old Market at the port where you can purchase very good food, some already prepared, so it's easy to eat well near or in your condo. I enthusiastically recommmend the Royal Dalhousie condos.

Glorious condo on the river
This condo is superb in every possible way: location, view, comfort, decor, kitchen!
Our party of 6 had the best vacation in Quebec and the Dalhousie condo is the main reason. First, it is drop dead gorgeous. The view on the river is outstanding and we loved watching the ships coming and going. We could walk to the farmers market, our favorite restaurants in the lower town and the port, and to the funiculaire to go the upper town. We cooked at home several nights and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for real gourmet cooking (which is not common in most condos we have stayed in). I would give it 10 stars!

Great Condo
We had a very nice stay in the Dalhousie Condo. Ed was very accommodating, provided a crib and highchair for our little one and provided tips for exploring the city. The Condo is huge! Very open floor plans and lots of comfortable places to sit. The kitchen has every tool you need. Great location and very pretty view of the river. Kids loved watching the boats go by. We will be back! Can't wait to see how the park across the street turns out. Thanks Ed for a great stay!

Visitors from Wyoming, USA
On our first visit to Quebec City we were so lucky to be able to stay in the beautiful condo. The location was perfect for us. There were six in our party and the home was just right for all our needs. We spent our days here walking the beautiful city and watching the river right outside our windows. Just gorgeous. Special thanks for making sure we could get into the condo on arrival after a long drive from the USA.
