Helpful friendly staff both at the bungalows and at the chill out restaurant for breakfast and all day as required. Helped organise anything we asked for, bike hires, horse taxis, boat taxis, glass bottomed boat snorkel trip which was toddler friendly, laundry etc. Really helpful and supportive of toddlers and challenges eg, seats on bikes, shallow pool. Good sized bungalow rooms with big bed and mosquito nett/ 4 poster, effective air con and fan, a fridge/freezer and big water dispenser, spacious bathroom and balcony.

No bedside light. Shower was just the high fixed head which wasn't working properly so went out in random directions and even the coldest was too hot for my toddler to use. The bidet hose kind of worked to wash him with but didn't quite reach and was hard not to power spray. For me the stones looked lovely and my toddler enjoyed playing with them, but were hard to believe were kept clean.

The location is amazing, near the best beach (the only one we found without corals, at least this time of the year). The bungalow is super spacious (we are 2 adults, 1 kid and 1 baby), with room for us all plus baby crib, plus bags. All comfortable and staff super nice. It has a swimming pool for adults and and a space for kids (less deep). We rented bicycles at the reception with baby chair, and it was the best place to go around the island (that it is a dream after crowded Bali). The breakfast is at a near spot at the beach, walkable named “Chill out”, but super worthy and full of food. With bicycle was fast and I imagine that by walking would be ok too, since you can stay for the beach after. The spot has also beach chairs that you can use. It has barbecue that was our favorite spot to have dinner (some fish at the beach). As for the mosque, we heard a bit during the night, and I think you will hear it wherever you are on the island. I got used to it and I would choose this place all over again. It was 100% worthy.

Lille hyggeligt sted. Rene værelser. Adgang til koldt og varmt drikkevand ad libitum. Lækker morgenmad med store portioner.

Lidt lang gå tur til morgenmaden, kan være en udfordring med små børn, der ikke vil gå.

The room was really comfortable. We were pleased with the extras - drinking water, both hot and cold, umbrellas. While it was a short walk to breakfast, it was very tasty. We also thought it was awesome to have access to the beach and chairs at Chill Out.

The pool could have been slightly cooler.

Super friendly staff, nice swimming pool, good shower, big bathroom, super clean, quiet, good location. Would 100 procent recommend Gili Air Bungalows.
