The customer service was good.

Had to change our rooms for quite some time and we decided to move out from the hotel and asked for refund and up until now, still no response.

Good location to Chinatown and transport links, bed comfortable, Good aircon, good shower, kettle in room provided as well as free bottled water.

This hotel was clearly something to be admired back in the day but there are a lot of imperfections such as stains on bedsheets, wires hanging down the ceiling, lots of marks on the walls, wallpaper in hallway peeling off. It says you need your key card for electricity but you don't and the on/off plug switches are just always on regardless. It also smelt like someone had been previously smoking in our room. It is also slightly inconvenient they make you pay a 100 MYR deposit especially when you leave the country upon checking out.

This hotel is a great place the staff were very helpful a very comfortable quite room and a 5 min walk to China town this is the second time on this trip i have stayed at the Signature hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again also great internet fantastic value

- Clean room. - Soundproof from the outside noise. - Good location, not so far from everything. - wi-fi connection is good enough to watch video.

- The long hair braiding girl at the reception tried to scam me 10RM for a passport copy when I check-in 😡 when I told her I have never heard of that, then she said this time it's free. - the room is soundproof from the outside noise not from the hall way noise. When someone walking, talking or running past your room, you can hear it like it happened next to your ear. - pillow is hard like a rock.

air condition work well, water pressure is good and near the plaza rakyat station

Room is quite old, the size is rather small for a queen room, no wardrobe & wall mirror. Pillows were hard to sleep on
