This apartment was amazing! Alessandra met us at the apartment with they keys, and clearly went through everything we needed to know. The apartment was very clean and comfortable! Extra bonus was the great guide and map she left, this was so helpful when visiting Florence for the first time! We were able to find brilliant restaurants using this guide. We had the best time and would highly recommend!

The location was great, it was very quaint.
The host was very hospitable and warm. She was also very informative.
The bed was a little hard.

Location was great, host was really kind
When booking, it didn't classify which apartment you got. When we got closer to staying there, it said that we booked apartment 1 (which isn't really pictured clearly in the photo's)
Also, the apartment was not really cleaned that well
