Location was excellent and very easy to find. Close to airport bus stop and walkable to all sites. Communication with the host was excellent.

The apartment was a little dark due to orientation. There was no kettle, not a huge issue but it would have been nice.

it is a bit tired and would benefit from being painted and freshened up. There was no kettle. it would be nice if hand towels were provided for the bathrooms. The window in one of the bathrooms was broken.

the mattresses are so thin the springs digging into your back keep you up at night, the bathroom doors have warped in their frames so they don’t close, the kitchen counter is held together with sticky tape and a rancid odour hangs in the air where the cloying air freshener cannot mask it. It’s almost unnecessary mention the paint peeling off the filthy window frames, the stains on the armchair and carpet (a used tissue was left behind by a previous guest), and the mould on the walls to warn other travellers that the pictures advertising this apartment are at best misleading. Directions to the apartment were given in Spanish, location was not easy to find

Great and spacious appartment only a few minutes walking from the nearest metro station. Tons of stores and restaurants nearby. Guggenheim and old city center only 10 minutes walking.

Very good location, easy access, big apartment with nice decoration. The lady who is operating the apartment gave me exact directions to get to the apartment and the neatest parking place for my car. We were very satisfied!

There were no wall hangers in the two bathrooms for the towels.
