The stuff is friendly and approachable. The facility is clean and comfortable.

The fact that breakfast is only cereal, my partner is lactose intolerance, hope next time it can be toast and egg’s please.

It was very clean, exactly like you see in the pictures and the staff were amazing
It was very noisy. There was music and too much noise throughout the night, even at 6am there was banging of doors so it was uncomfortable

The Bnb is different from the pictures that were portrayed on the internet, and the fact that they only serve Cornflakes for breakfast is unsatisfactory . The services were inadequate and the wifi was very unstable.

The BnB can buy new furniture or change the headboards since they look old.

The room was spacious, the place was clean and as seen on the pictures. The service from the light skinned lady who checked us in was beautiful thank you even though we didn't get your name.
The rooms need to be equipped with bar fridges at least if not the long normal fridge. The other light skinned short lady needs to have a smile and give guests exceptional hospitality. I used to work in 3 and 5 star hotels. As an employee we go an extra mile to accommodate guest, even if it means they ask me to take pictures of them.

Even though it was not the room that I booked,the one we where in was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful,
The room that I booked was the one
with balcony but instead of that, I was given the room on the ground floor without explanation.
