Bobby and Sonia are wonderful hosts. They took us out one night to see the local boardwalk next to the water and eat barbecue. They even dropped us off at the bus station when it was time to go home. They also we're flexible with the check in and check out times. The location has one of the best views of the Mayon volcano!

The convenience of viewing the volcano at our doorstep ....it was mesmerising
It was too hot when we arrived but fixed when we turned the air-conditioning on

The location is on a quiet neighborhood. The room is spacious and the host is very nice and accommodating. The rooftop views of Mayon was the perfect icing on the cake. We'll definitely go back!

The best part about this place is you can see Mt. Mayon from your room. The unit is located on the rooftop and the place is all yours. The bed is big that all 3 of us were able to fit in and it's very comfortable. I really had a good sleep. There's also an extra bed underneath the bed. The air conditioning is brand new. The comfort room has a shower and bathtub with hot/cold water. Fully equipped kitchenette. The host Ma'am Sonia and her husband are very nice to talk with. Very accommodating. I highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Legazpi. Also, close to SM and Ayala and the place is quiet.
Not recommended for persons with physical disabilities as you need to take the stairs up to the roof deck.

having the rooftop with unhindered views of Mayon during sunset was a great bonus
it is out of the city and not easy to get places without a car. tricycle is P50 to Legazpi

complete amenities esp jacuzzi & great accommodation of the caretaker. She’s nice!
location is a bit far for commuters. cable not working but they tried fixing it & compensated it with less rental fees which was quite expected actually. They apologized too.

Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make sure we had a wonderful time. The apartment and view were perfect for us.
The only minor frustrations we had were tv signal dropping out.

A/C did not cool the room enough. We suggest getting an inverter 😁

The apartment was clean, nice and has an awesome view of the mayon volcano if you have the rooftop unit. The place is fully furnished with bathing consumables and free water. It also have a really big flatscreen tv to boast.
The caretaker was really helpful and nice.
