Existe a possibilidade de fazer tudo incluido no hotel por 45euros/dia/pessoa. Como não sabia, escolhi só pequeno-almoço, que era excelente e com muita variedade. A piscina era top, mas em dias com muitos visitantes não tem espreguiçadeiras suficientes. A animação é top! O bar da piscina está disponível para tudo incluído (os preços são altos para quem não tem). O apartamento é top! Boa cozinha, boas camas e wc's espaçosos. Em 2 noites não fizeram limpeza. Os funcionários são super simpáticos. A praia é pertinho.

Apesar de serem simpáticos, havia um pouco confusão entre os funcionários, que não eram portugueses, um dizia uma coisa e outro outra. Nem sempre percebiam o que perguntavamos. A cozinha não tinha microondas, falha grave hoje em dia....

Nice choice at breakfast. Clean hotel. Good size of apartment. Things to do around the site if you like fitness especially the athletics track and cross country course.

The gym is a modern building but the equipment inside seems very out of date. The beds are not the most comfortable. As with most outdoor pools in low season the water is very cold. You're unlikely to want to swim. The price of the Victoria varies. It dropped quite a bit within a few days of booking.

one thing I noticed was the manager walked around a lot but didn’t speak to any holiday makers think it would be a nice touch even if he said morning. During our stay ASICS had a group of influencers staying during the evenings they had part of the dinning area sectioned off which caused issues as they didn’t even sit at the tables reserved. a lot of families struggle to be seated. This then caused issues for staff within the restaurant causing it become chaotic, for me this is a manager issue. one night it was sectioned off and they went out for a meal without telling restaurant staff. the above is the only thing that caused me a issue. entertainment staff hard working and help make the stay.

Ontbijt was goed . Wel elke dag hetzelfde. Personeel en animatie team erg gezellig en leuk.

Everything was perfect , we were very happy there with my familly. People working there were amazing and very helpfull. Small pool for our son was really good , we felt safe there with our 2 year old son. There were wonderful animators and kids club ☺️ Highly recommended.

Terrible selection of food for vegetarians. Poor food labelling at the buffet. Not enough sun loungers for guests.

Entertainment and throughout the day was fantastic for both kids and adults, we found that when we left the resort our kids just wanted to get back as soon as possible because they didn’t want to miss out on anything. Special mention to David and Jessica! Staff were great- I got bitten by an insect and they went out of their way to ensure I was okay and they couldn’t have done enough. Cleanliness was great- rooms cleaned every morning.

We went all inclusive for the first time- whilst the breakfast was nice the lunch and dinner was repetitive. However, now we know the area there are lots of lovely alternatives should you get bored of the fox the resort has to offer.

Location, staff and facilities were one of the best I’ve ever experienced for a family. The staff stood out amongst it all. They could not be more helpful. Always smiling.
