Villa Rosemarine es una impresionante fachada de 50 metros - frente al mar - villa de 6 dormitorios y 6 baños construida en piedra Brac (la misma piedra que la Casa Blanca de EE. UU.). Durante el invierno de 2010, la villa fue completamente reconstruida con un estándar de lujo muy alto: la villa ahora es una de las más deseables en el Adriático, ya que no solo es un estándar ejecutivo, sino que la villa disfruta de estar en una bahía tranquila con un parque nacional Por lo tanto, es muy tranquilo pero a pocos minutos de las aldeas locales. La villa cuenta con todo el personal para que los huéspedes puedan relajarse y disfrutar no solo de la hermosa villa sino también de los alrededores. Nuestra Gerente de Villa, Milka, habla inglés y alemán perfectos y es profesora de Historia, por lo que conoce muy bien los sitios arqueológicos que se pueden encontrar si los huéspedes están interesados en obtener más información. La dirección es muy deseable en el promontorio de Put Ruzmarine, esta área es conocida por ser una de las mejores direcciones de la costa dálmata.
Desde Split es un viaje en ferry de 40 minutos hasta la isla de Brac y luego un viaje de 40 minutos hasta la villa.
Cuando llegue a Villa Rosemarine hay un hermoso jardín con lavanda, pinos, palmeras, buganvillas, romero, geranios y muchas otras plantas mediterráneas.
La villa se ingresa por el nivel medio donde encontrará tres dormitorios y tres baños, así como una de las 3 salas de entretenimiento con TV de plasma vía satélite / DVD y tres terrazas (una con una mesa de ping-pong). Todas las camas son nuevas.
En la planta baja encontrará un gran dormitorio y un baño, esta habitación también tiene una cama de día perfecta para familias con TV de plasma vía satélite / DVD. La cocina y el comedor culinarios principales (los gerentes de la villa pueden preparar la cocina completa) se encuentran en este nivel, así como la terraza cubierta y las áreas de comedor al aire libre.
Las terrazas al aire libre ofrecen mucho espacio para relajarse y tener privacidad. Desde este nivel hay 5 escalones hacia otro conjunto de terrazas, una de las cuales tiene un jacuzzi y otra con una hamaca. Aquí se puede encontrar una gran cama de día con muchos cojines, perfecta para leer un libro y mirar al mar con un capuchino o un cóctel.
Desde aquí se pasea por el mar Adriático, hay pasos directamente en el agua cristalina. También hay una boya disponible para amarrar el bote residente (cargo extra) completo con patrón con licencia que tiene mucha experiencia en los lugares fantásticos para llevar a los clientes desde campos de lavanda, bahías cristalinas con pequeños restaurantes.

Beautiful Home and Stunning Views
We just finished a week stay at Villa Rosemarine and had a wonderful time! Milka, the house manager, was amazing and Simon’s boat rides and company were fantastic. Adele, the owner, could not have been more responsive and helpful with our many pre-arrival questions. All her recommendations helped make our trip truly special. We will be back! BEYOND OUR DREAMS
Thank you for such a super holiday. We all loved our time and did not want to leave. Can we please come back. The staff are just great, the villa is romantic and magical, a true Dalmatian treat, it feels like you will fall into the water it is just that close. We loved that the bedlinen was divine, the pillows amazing (where can I buy them?) and the beds so comfortable we have not slept that well for years, or was it all the swimming and fresh air or maybe the wine? We hoped this villa would be everything we wanted but it turned out to be much more = just perfect actually.
Everything went so smoothly from dealing with the owner and the millions of questions we asked before we went (thank you to her for being so patient with us and giving such comprehensive answers). Once there the staff were not only friendly and kind but interested in our requests and made the holiday something else. All our best to you for your service. Till we meet again.

We loved the stay at Villa Rosemarine. Super comfortable beds (with incredible pillows) plus lots of spaces to chill alone or be together for drinks and meals. The open fire was a nice touch as the evenings were cool outside, the underfloor heating was good too. We had some great sunny days out on the boat, can highly recommend it. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. We WILL return.

We love Croatia and we adore Villa Rosemarine. Being right on the waterfront this exclusive home offers so much from high quality beds and linens to wonderfully appointed bathrooms. The kitchen had better appliances than my own home - wow is all I can say about that! We arrived to a large welcome pack of goodies (enough for the first few days actually). The wine and beer that was provided allowed for us to just relax and enjoy the special surroundings and not have to stress about a thing. `Our extended family came together for a special birthday and the staff offered so much - they work beyond their roles and this made our stay something beyond our wildest imagination. The boat and Skipper were something very special as really the Adriatic is best seen on the water itself. A big thank you to the owner who was really professional throughout the booking process - we asked probably too many questions and she always answered quickly and now we have been we can see that she was very accurate in those answers.

What an incredible location for a well deserved break away from reality. The beds are super kings so the sleep quality on those lovely sheets really made for a super vacation. The staff and services provided made it feel like a boutique hotel. So much is included from the large welcome pack of yummy food, beer, wine and the boats with professional skippers plus the kayaks and stand up paddle boards (the teens got into a competition with that)
We will definitely return as it was something beyond our dreams to stay there. Thank you for offering such a great place for us to be at peace under the pines

AWESOME RETREAT FROM THE REAL WORLD
What an incredible location for a well deserved break away from reality. The beds are super kings so the sleep quality on those lovely sheets really made for a super vacation. Fantastic house on the bEautiful Island of Brac
Wow, wow wow- That is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of this house, this island and the entire experience. The house is one of the nicest I have ever rented and feels so new, open and so incredibly well appointed. Milka the house manager was amazing and took such good care of all 13 of us. I would return in a heartbeat and the memories of our trip will be priceless for our family forever. I can HIGHLY recommend this house and this Island and the entire experience.

Right on the water’s edge, it’s set on three levels with stunning views from each and an array of spaces to socialise in or retreat to. The pine trees add to the peaceful atmosphere. Bedrooms were tastefully furnished with the luxury of en-suites and the beds were more comfortable than home! The contemporary kitchen had been recently refurbished and well kitted out for any cooking you had in mind. The villa manager, Milka, was a fountain of knowledge about the island, with great restaurant recommendations and the option of have having meals catered for and exploring the islands by boat (skippered by Milka’s husband, Simon) took luxury to another level. Kayaking on the stunning blue water was a highlight and so convenient to be able to launch from your own jetty. The hardest part of this memorable experience was leaving. Can’t recommend highly enough - definitely one for sharing with friends and family and we look forward to coming back.

From the moment we walked into Villa Rosemarine we felt relaxed and at ease. The property is traditional in style, yet features all the modern features we look for in a holiday home. Every couple had their own space, separated by spacious sitting areas on each floor, allowing for privacy.
Our favourite feature of the home was the open plan kitchen and living area which opened onto an alfresco dining space. This is where our group of friends spent most of our time - enjoying time in the sun or just relaxing in the most incredible hammock!
Another aspect we loved was being able to walk down to the large jetty and swim straight out into the perfect water - without having to leave home! We spent many relaxing afternoons down by the water, enjoying each other's company in the privacy of our own villa.

Stunning
We contacted Bliss Luxury Villas because had heard very good things about them from friends and we specifically wanted to stay on the Dalmatian Coast. Villa Rosemarine was already booked so we were offered Akuna, a brand new villa situated on the coast just nearby. I knew very little about Akuna prior to arriving and from the moment of stepping out of the car was struck by the tastefulness and beauty of the architecture as set against the backdrop of the Adriatic. From material selection to design everything is first class. On the seaward side all rooms open onto patios by way of sliding glass doors, interiors are set in light colors, natural materials, fine furniture and original art, creating a wonderfully relaxing ambience. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, direct access to the sea, and a boat that can be rented for skiing or other activities on a daily basis. On the inward journey we took the ferry from Split to Supetar, and from there by taxi to Akuna. Returning we traveled by boat from Akuna directly to a dock located adjacent to the Split airport, which was so much easier and quicker than the ferry. We had an excellent time at Akuna!

Beautiful Rosémarine.
Villa Rosemarine is a true indication of how a relaxed holiday should be when looking for that perfect location and more than comfortable accomodation. The owners Adele and Scott have designed a very informative website to give you a personal insight as to what is offered...but nothing can prepare you for arrival at this magnificent property. The staff, Milka and Simone are more than helpful with making sure your stay is comfortable and well catered for in everyway possible. They are a wealth of information about Brac and many of the neighbouring islands, including tourist attractions such as the Roman ruins in Solona, Split that Milka accompanied us too. Around the islands little coves and bays that are tucked away were easily accessible with the boat provided with this property. Many an unsuspecting fish cafe is to be found this way ...a perfect way to spend the day soaking up the sun and drinking Croatian wine. Nothing is a bother when you stay at this fantastic property. Thankyou Adele and Scott from the moment I booked it until leaving with beautiful memories. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a very special holiday. Can't wait to return and that I will in the very near future.
