Fantastic location, just 2 blocks from the beach. The facilities inside the apartment were great, especially the bathroom. Patricia was a fantastic, very welcoming and helpful host!

Big apartment within walking distance to the beach, tram, train station, grocery store and the old town. One of the bedrooms was overlooking an interior courtyard with a nice garden and very quiet.
Very good communication with the owner.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Patricia was a kind and attentive host who did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. Within walking distance of the beach, train station, tram and plenty of restaurants. As well as enjoying Nice, we were able to visit Cannes and Monte Carlo. A wonderful holiday :)

Brilliant overall. Great central location behind Negresco Hotel. Close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and boulangeris. Quiet, spacious, comfortable apartment. Patricia is a great hostess. 10-15 minute walk to Nice-Ville railway station for numerous day trips

Very nice and comfortable appartement very close to Promenade des Anglais and the beach, with all the facilities one needs for a city break/vacation. Quite close to the pedestrian area full of restaurants and many supermarkets.
Patricia, our host, was very kind and helpful. Communication was very friendly and easy. We would absolutely recommend this place!

I was very pleased with my choice . Everybody in my Nice family was very impressed. The location. The shopping the close beach the very near parking garage. If I come back I would try to come back to 79 rue de France.
It was so difficult for me to open the front door that i could not go out without my daughter. My daughter after a few try managed to open it. I could not.

Splendid location, just behind the Negresco hotel on Blvd. Anglais and a stroll away from the old town. Boulangerie and supermarket 1 minute walk. Clean and convenient appartement, nice bathroom and excellent beds. Rare in France: everything in the appartement actually works! Every lamp, switch, kitchen appliances... ok! Lovely host accommodated to our needs, thank you Patricia.

Location. Facilities. Spacious. Smart tv. This could have been changed to English to await the guests.
Host very helpful. Loads of eateries close.
Parking was expensive and a nightmare. Especially at weekends

It was quiet at night and had shutters to help keep any light out of the bedrooms but the light was in from the corridor to the lounge if you were going to the couch bed. We didn’t so we were very happy there.
