Very very helpful staff. Good view.

What we appreciated the most: the cleaningless of the apartment, the bed , large and comfortable, the very large TV screen in the lounge, the sofa, large and comfortable, the calm , the extraordinary swimmingpool, the proximity of the bus stations and the grocery stores. We also appreciated that someone was there to welcome us when we arrived, and guided us to the apartment.

Wonderful place to stay in Tenerife. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Apartment tastefully decorated. There is complete kitchen ant balcony with a view to the ocean and amazing sunrise. Very silent place to stay. There are nice paths for walking near ocean. Our family is very happy for choosing this apartment.

-very friendly, hospitable, helpful, cheerful and kind hosts’collaborator Luigi, who welcomed us, showed us everything important and took care of us all the time, asking if we really had everything we needed - thank you very much 😊 – also to hosts Valeria and Alessandro, who were in contact with us by e-mail before and after our stay and provided us with relevant information 😉 -very nicely furnished, equipped and clean apartment on 4-th floor with large balcony and beautiful view of the ocean and mountains with the Pico del Teide -although there are many apartments it is very quiet at night -very nice, large and uncrowded swimming pool (with pool bar) within the apartment complex (2 sunbeds for exclusive use provided) -no problem to find a parking space -in the hall on the ground floor there is an automatic machine for refilling drinking water at an attractive price -apartment complex next to the ocean promenade and walking distance 5 min. to the charming Montaña Amarilla - close to the TF1 motorway (approx. 8 km), fast approx. 20 min. access to the airport Tenerife Sur, good location for exploring the island We'd definitely like to come back to CASA AURORA RESIDENCE BALCON DEL MAR in the future 😊!

Good location. Great views of the sea. Very nice owners who were very accommodating. Close to a scuba diving centre. Close walk to restaurants and bars.

No air conditioning nor bedside electric fan.

Nice location, Balcon del Mar is a very nice complex with a pool that can be used. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor and the view from the balcony is to east so you can enjoy a very nice sunrise. Apartment was clean, description and photos on booking are accurate. Host was very nice, met us at the reception to give us the keys and also shared some information about nearby places, beaches etc. There are free parking places in from of the complex, usually there are enough places so no problem with parking. Overall we liked our stay and we recommend it, good value for money.
