I hope maging aware si owner about this at gumawa ng actions since hindi lang iisa ang reviews about this. - Sayang yung unit, maganda sya to be honest, it was just hindi sya naaalagaan ng maayos. - Yung mga linens, they used dark colored, since I'm a neat freak, I can tell na hindi napalitan ang mga sheets because of fresh stains. - When you plan to book this place, make sure na hugasan mo muna lahat ng gagamitin mo sa kitchen. May mga ipis na gumagala sa cabinet. Then yung plate rack dryer nila, ubod ng dumi. I cleaned it myself, hindi kaya ng powers kong gamitin na nanggigitata. - They don't even have basahan sa kitchen, I informed si care taker then sabi nya magbibigay, nakapag check-out na lang kami wala pa yung basahan. Ako na lang ng provide para meron akong magamit panglinis at pangpunas. - WIFI super terrible. - Before I left the unit, I'd even swept and mop the floors, wala din akong iniwan na kahit anong basura, I'd made sure na maayos ang unit. Sabi nga sa Rules na nakadikit sa pinto "Treat like your own"

I notice the care taker that I might arrive between 2-3pm and I arrived at the location exactly 2:50pm, i tried to contact the caretaker but it is unreachable, they only respond to me on 3:07pm, I able to check in on 4:45pm (almost 2 hrs waiting from my arrival time) because condo have issues with dues and admin is not allowing me to have authorization because of that which is not my fault, they must take care of that before the arrival of renter. They gave me 1 hr and 30 mins allowance to check out but it is not justifiable for the hassle they gave me during check in hours. WIFI: NO INTERNET CONNECTION, they didn’t load the wifi, i’m just lucky that I have still gigabytes. That’s also the reason why I wasn’t able to use the TV. I coordinated with care taker about it but no resolution. Microwave: NOT WORKING, I noticed the care taker about it and she only ask if i check the switch, i check it and all of the switch is on, it’s just the microwave. Shower: NOT WORKING, I need to ease the cold water in the morning. Terrace: There’s a traces of cigarette filters on the plant, possible from the last renter. Question is care taker did not clean that? I took the initiative to clean that before I leave. AC: REMOTE IS NOT WORKING, chance of faulty battery, if the room is too cold for us. we need to turn off the AC itself.

We didn't stay as I made the wrong booking dates. Trying to message and call booking.com but all numbers are not going through. They gave us another room as the room I booked is no longer available. More expensive room but lacking of amenities.. No utensil to use. No cabinets AC remote not working. Bedsheets with stains. Linens are bad smells, stucked for a long time.. Very bad experience. Will not recommend.

The place is worth it naman at malapit siya sa mga restaurant

It was actually the 2nd time we had booked on this Condo unit. the location is great as it is accessible in everything you need. Worth the price, Great value for the family. the room is clean, with complete basic needs as a condo.

due to holiday season with too many guest booked in the tower, we need to lined up for the elevator. Wifi signal is weak.
