Im Parkhaus des Hotels fand man immer einen freien Platz.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Autobahn nach Nancy bzw. Luxembourg. Das hat permanenten Autolärm bei Tag und Nacht zur Folge. Das angebotene Frühstück musste man an der Rezeption in einer Tüte abholen. Alles war abgepackt, Anders als in jeder Unterkunft, in der wir in den letzten 40 Jahren in Frankreich übernachtet haben, gab es kein Baguette, der Kaffee bestand aus einer kleinen Tüte Nescafé und einem kleinen Päckchen Milch. Es gab p.P. 2 Scheiben Toastbrot, leider keinen Toaster auf dem Zimmer. Darüber hinaus gab es etwas Gebäck, Schmelzkäse, Marmelade, ein kleines Päckchen Orangensaft, sowie ein Päckchen Butter. Dies kann man dann auf dem Zimmer an einem Bistrotisch auf einem Barhocker der für Kinderpopos geeignet ist, einnehmen. Im meinem Fall war auch die Fußstütze auf dem Hocker abgebrochen. Bei der abschließenden Zimmerinspektion (um die gezahlte Kaution wieder zu bekommen) wies ich den Angestellten darauf hin, dass die Stütze schon bei Ankunft fehlte, er teilte mir mit, das sei ihm bekannt. Angeblich wegen Corona wurden wir nach der Zimmerinspektion aufgefordert, den Müll Ins Parkhaus zu bringen und ihn dort selbst zu entsorgen.

Staff speaks no other language than french. Confusing situation regarding where to check in, where to get breakfast. Everything was done in the cheapest way possible

The room was spacious.

- Difficult to find the reception, located on the 3rd floor. - €140 deposit required, which was strange. - Breakfast was served at the hotel premiere classe next door on the sixth floor, hard to find and not communicated earlier.they don’t even have their own breakfast facilities - Breakfast was very basic and lacked fruits. - The room seemed poorly maintained, with dirty, damaged, and old furniture. - The lighting in the hotel hallways was slow to respond. - The hotel had a persistent unpleasant smell. - The location was described as boring and lifeless

Location was convenient, rooms were modern, very clean and large.

Wifi was ok in one room but poor in the other. We booked two rooms and despite seemingly low occupancy we were miles from each other, down long pitch black windowless corridors, energy saving lights that came on as you approached but didn’t come on early enough so felt a bit spooky. No plates at breakfast.

The location is a long way from the city centre but easily accessible from the autoroute. The room was very big and everything to cater for yourself was provided even a little dishwasher.

The original receptionist was very difficult and purposely misunderstood me but all other staff I had contact with were great. It would be good to have more things available to buy eg. d drink and food machines as there are not many shops close by.

my room overlooked multi-storey car park and looked directly at other rooms. had to keep curtains shut. no instructions on how things worked . only one picture on wall so lot of bare walls. no plug in kitchen sink and not able to obtain one from reception. water temp in shower not consistent.
