We had a very good time here and decided to stay more time. Chris is an excellent and friendly host and helps you with everything you need! Quiet place, beside some small noise of dogs and road traffic, but very minor. Good location a bit outside of town, not even 10min walking. We had a very good time :)) beware or mosquitoes ;)

Mompiche is a very lovely village withe a special atmosphere
A bit far from the village, as a single woman it didn't feel good to walk back alone along the road. But it's a matter of feeling. It's not realy too far to walk.

Cosy house, very nice and very caring hostess. We could use kitchen, with a fire place, it was convenient.

It’s a beautiful place, Christian build here. There are several lodges, we had a nice private bathroom in ours. Also Christian is a very chill guy and fun to hang out with. Super friendly and we had great talks! It’s only about a 5-7min walk to the beach and it’s a very calm, green place.
The kitchen could be better, it’s missing a fridge, it is just unfortunate if food goes bad. Also you might need to buy a lighter and some essentials like salt and oil.
The place is also very open to mosquitoes so we did get a lot of bites. Make sure to bring your spray.;)

The cabana was very nice, much space, great bathroom! Chris was so friendly and helpful. He really seems to enjoy his project and is really interested in connecting with his guests.
Not all of the kitchen equipment was in a good shape and a common fridge is missing. But Chris gave us a lot of good restaurant tips :)

Awesome place to stay in Mompiche. The host and volunteers there were very friendly and helpful. I loved living in nature and only 5-10min away from the village and the beach. I would definitely come back.

Awaken to the full chorus of nature in this little paradise only 10 minutes walk from the beach. There are nature walks, fresh herbs, and it's peaceful when it matters most, at night. The perfect place to disconnect and get back to nature after big cities, high altitudes and noisy beach hostels! Christian is really friendly and helpful and I would recommend this place to anybody, as it's a great place to do yoga and see so many birds!
The bathrooms are a bit far from the sleeping areas but it just takes some getting used to.
