The rooms are beautiful and clean stocked correctly with all you need and more there’s also a littler shop to buy what you need gym and laundry room it’s great

I have booked hundreds of properties, as I work away, and this was undoubtedly one of the best! Clean, comfortable, like a home from home. The customer service was definitely the best I have experienced. 5* All day long!

The room was big.
When we arrived, the host was very nice.
Good communication along the way.
The banging doors outside our room in the hallway, drove us crazy when people came home late at night.
The furniture needs replacing.
Breakfast opened late and they didn't supply even vegan milk for us; despite our asking.
The room was too bright to sleep in.

Room is very clean. The location is okay and it is easy to get access to bus station. It is very comfortable and the breakfast is also excellent, but the money might be a bit high. Above all the service is excellent.

Staff were very welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Good facilities and wifi was good. Good location for what i needed. Plenty of shops and pubs near by.

The property was advertised with parking - no prior reservation necessary. I arrived 14 mins after having booked the property to find no parking available. The manager came out to speak to me and then 4 mins AFTER our conversation messaged me saying parking first come first served. I had to stay at another hotel with parking. the property has refused to refund me. also when I arrived I could actually hear noise from inside the hotel whilst stood outside! the booking and rejection due to no parking occurred over a 15 minute period yet still no refund.

The room was adequately furnished and the building was warm if not too hot.
The window locks were broken so that you could close the windows but not lock them. The mattress was diabolically stained but the staff member, Mohammed Ali, thought the mattress was of a good enough condition. Please see uploaded photo. The building is not sound proofed which meant that every movement from the room above, Mum, Dad and very active child could be directly heard in the room below. I would not stay in this establishment again.

Easy to check in and access the hotel.
It stunk really bad... There was a leak in the bathroom by the shower and the sink. Pillows smelt like aftershave like they weren't changed. It was extremely noisey. I could here conversations in the rooms above mine. Also I was next door to the laundry room the washing machines and dryers were really loud.

I was in room 8 there is a lot of noise transference from the upstairs apartment which caused sleep disturbance throughout my stay.
